Throughout the year I have spent at department of agriculture and rural development as an Accounting clerk(intern), I gathered good interpersonal skills and client services skills.I am able to adapt quickly to new surrounding and situation. I have learnt to work towards and achieve any aims great commitment and perseverance.

Excellent leaning curve
i enjoy the environment because i work with beautiful people. they give me time to pursue my studies and take me to school. i have learned discipline and respect mostly they dont hide opportunities for me they make sure i take part and learn more courses, training

Good agricultural practice.
Its always a nice environment to be in agriculture. Always learning new agricultural practice within the farmers working with. On day to day farm visit thats where the farmers needs are identified come up with resolutions not as an individual but as an office because team spirit is what the office encourage. The most challenge that really problematic is mostly in the CPA farms. Fighting and disrespect each other lead to farm not productive. The office arrange capacity building trainings to the CPA truly 75% of such trainings has brought about change in some CPA. Its always nice to work in the field of agriculture.

Relationship with my collegues
I am a person that do what is capable of me to to do. whatever, i do i do it at the right time and the right place. I love my job and i am a person that learn so quickly. i am willing to learn everyday. I enjoy working as a team, the challenge that i face during work hours is my supervisor who stay with work in her desk, if you want something to be done , you have to ask her only to find out she not done with that work.

MY JOB INVOLVES ENSURING THAT FINANCES ARE USED EFFICIENTLY,ERADICATE MISMANAGEMENT OF FUNDS.AUTHORISING OF PROCUMENT ,DERIVING WAYS OF RAISING REVENUE FOR THE DEPARTMENT.PLACING OVERSIGHT ON FACILITIES,MOTOR TRANSPORT,PAYMENTS.HAS 17 SURBODINATES AND AS A FORMER LECTURER,BELIEVE IN EDUCATING PERSONEL,TRANSFER OF SKILL IS IMPORTANT.HOLD MEETINGS AS TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE. WORKING IN DEPARTMENTS IS PRESENTLY RISKY BUT AS A MANAGER YOU HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO TAKE RISKS EVEN AT COSTLY DETERMINATIONS. AT MOST I ENJOY GETTING MY JOB DONE.EXCELLENT REPORTS ABOUT THE STATUS OF FINANCE AND PROVIDING GUIDANCE EVEN ON ISSUES PERSONELL ARE AFRAID TO FACE. AND CHALLENGES BEEN EXPERIENCED MOSTLY ARE FROM ILITIRACY PROBLEMS AND MOST SECTIONS ARE USED AS A DUBMPING GROUND FOR PROBLEM CHILDREN OF THE DEPARTMENT BUT THAT NEED PATIENCE AND MAKE A PERSON MATURE WITH TIME.

The working days Monday to Friday time 8;45to4;00
The working day are Monday to Friday and the working time from 8;45 to 4;00 .To be very truthful my relationship with my colleagues is very good .I learnt too much about supply chain most especially in demand side which is requisition check listing receiving request and sign also register the request in the system and send in to where it belong to. I have enjoyed the most the bid side in the tendering side to create tender advertisements

This a place full of legal risks yet its a learning curve for the impatient.
This is one of the most government controlled industries. A day at work is always a learning curve on how to deal with demotivated, disruptive learners. As a Mathd teacher, my work day is extended by at least 2 hours morethan the other teachers, you got to offer extra classes and mark all the daily class works before you call it a day. Relationship wise, l call my self one ofthe best minglers at work, l honestly dont choose people, l relate well with everyone from support staff up to the top management. The most challenging part is to try and motivate learners who dont want to learn. At the same time l enjoy it when l produce excellent results.

GREAT WAY TO INVEST MY SKILLS AND KNOWLWDGE
Dear sir/madam A’m a newly graduate seeking a challenge to invest my skills, ideas and the knowledge acquired from years of study in the cooperate world. I am a fast learner, driven and I strongly believe I have the potential to become one of the greatest assert in business as well as agricultural and economic sector. My experience is like most of agricultural students, i completed my degree in Agricultural Management (2016) and currently (2018) I’ve registered one outstanding module for my honors degree in Agricultural Economics. A'm very passionate about the business aspect of agriculture and intending to explore on agricultural commodities in the agricultural market and beyond. A’m enthusiastic, energetic, flexable and seeking for place to advance, learn and share the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired within and outside my field of study.
