Excellent experience in customer service and staff management

The job is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in many categories of business. The marketing, the human resources, customer service, meeting deadlines, conflict resolution, planning and coordination. The growth however is very limited and the position can be quite stagnant due to the routine type of work daily.

Honest and dedicated

I am a very honest honest loving and caring person that most people will love to work with, I usually bring changes and hope in all the employees I meet with, make them understand why we were hired and how we should reward our employers for giving us such opportunities, In my current job I sat down with all the employees and shared ideas on how we can make changes in our store and how we could work together to increase out turn -overs,those are the things that are done by those who care for people they are working for,,by giving me this opportunity it will give a chance to make your people to see things from different angle Thank you Queen

Excellent experience

Team work, cleaniness of the store and a gud customer service, quality product, punctuality and promise keeper. I have learnt that if you are puntiual you will prepare yourself for the day. I enjoy working with positive people that will make our day run smoothly. The most challenging of the aspect is when we have maintance issue that is not fixed and it delays some orders.

Good training and communication

Good peaceful people with excellent communication skills and knows how to deal with people they have thought me alot and i have learnt more from them.They thought me how to deal with customers and how to deal with cash. They didn't take my honesty for nothing they took me seriously and they were very nice people and the staff that was working at the back and they thought me alot on how to workout things when the shop is busy we loved each other like we were one family

Month ends always busy My relationship with coworkers they are so nice and lovely How to talk to with customers and different person Up selling good communication with stuff and customers When the product is finished customers don't want to understand
