Good training and communication

Good peaceful people with excellent communication skills and knows how to deal with people they have thought me alot and i have learnt more from them.They thought me how to deal with customers and how to deal with cash. They didn't take my honesty for nothing they took me seriously and they were very nice people and the staff that was working at the back and they thought me alot on how to workout things when the shop is busy we loved each other like we were one family

I gained an experience of handling various customer complains

I have a good relationship with my co. Workers nd we working so hard we only have one day off day but we push to hard in order to put something on the table. I gained experience of handling various customer complains as well as knowledge of communicating with various customers nd provide them with a good service under any circumstances.

My experience

us as co-workers have to arrive at work a hour before the shop opens because we have to prepare our dish that we going to sell. Once the shop starts getting busy you have to be able to work every where a round , when there is a hand needed to have to help. My relationship with the co-workers , I enjoyed my time working with them because most of them are down to earth and because I'm a people's person. I've learnt that you have to treat people with respect and even though they give you attitude you have to stay calm and address the situation in a humble manner. I enjoyed learning about new recipes and the most challenging days was when the day after Christmas many people got drunk , it was my off day so I had to come in to work and help because there was only 4 people on standby. only 4 people on standby.

Working with great GM

Its a rollercoaster day to day. Great GM and fellow staff. I have learnt that people count on me. I enjoy all the different foreign nationals working together. My GM I the most helpful person in the company. I have learnt lot through the help of my GM.

Pros: No Sunday hours paid, no incentives given

I've been working for Debonairs almost 5 years now. I have a passion for the restaurant industry. My responsibilities include stock ordering, stock capturing, stock counting and making of rosters and insuring the shift runs smoothly and efficiently
