Good for personal growth
very challenging especially on month ends. Staff can be very unreasonable at times. Customers can be very impatient when their orders take time especially their delivery orders. Motor-bikers can be very unreasonable as well, they tend to abuse the system especially on month ends.

Self motivated
maintain daily record of all transaction and generate for store manager. I motivate sales employees to improve morale, performance and store revenues.

Excellent fast leaning capability
Not been paid any over time or holidays.. Have to kill yourself to make sure everything is good at work without been told you have to work harder. Equipment is not up to scratch. Constantly have to fight with staff to do better at their job.
Pros: Fast leaner. Great listener.. Good communication skills

Excellent learning curv
It is not good at all working there, there are very long hours 11.5hrs per day. And earn very little. Even though you get to give excellent customers expropriace and service.

Opportunity to grow within the company
Working with difficult customers each day an handling complains. Good relationship with staff as a result we achieve goals. Each customer needs to be treated special and be warned about current promotions. I most enjoy ordering of stock, daily accurate stock count that leads to good Gp at the end of the month. When all is well we get incentives that gives us the courage to to be more focused on daily basis. Meeting difficult customers it's the the most challenging aspect.

I am someone who's polite well mannered and discipline. I work hard to remain at the top of my game,enjoy coming to work and always willing to learn. I understand my customers needs working for Debonairs has taught me customers loyalty. I love and enjoy customer service and I will give 110 to my position, I am good team player and willing to contribute to the company in anyway I can.

at work i after enjoy the work becouse we deliver good service to the customer sometimea we share communication with customer we give them a fresh product that we sell and they give as feedback for good service we makes the brand of the company to be upilfted

Foundation for the work environment
Working there has taught me a lot of things it has taught me on how to work with people on your good or bad days you have to give a customer a smile, your co workers have to be a family to you, working together as a team willing to know other things not only what I was hired to do but engaging on other things. I’ve learned to handle working under pressure having to do different things all in the same time but at the end I end up winning,it was quite an experience
