Make sure that my shop making profit, staff is happy about the way i handle them
i always take meeting with the staff before we start to work. make sure all we are in a uniform , cashiers are smiling , store is clean. ready for evaluation and mastrey shopper . making sure that my shop making money than all the debonair s pizza at our area
Pros: i was working at the back of house first time, they give promotion to be supervisor now i am the manager
Cons: we are working 12 hours

Improvements in communication skills
It improves my listening skills, the way I communicate with customers even on phone, and it boost my problem solving skills. It has definitely done alot towards grooming me as individual, open my mind to looking at it as an opportunity to invest for my goal, instead of looking at it as an disadvantage I saw opportunities instead and what is the secret behind all it my current work place,

Hardworking person
I will like to take this opportunity to share my experience with working with customers. It has been a privileged to work with customers, because h its has been something I love to work with,so my experience with customers was very successful because my duty was to make sure customer get wat they want,even though we have difficult customer I and my teateam we manage to diliver in time so that we don't loose the customer. Working with my cor worker's was very good,because we have a strategy to reach our monthly target,by making sure customer's are happy and feel at home with their product.so the challenging aspect at work was that we have to deliver in time even If it was busy.

Its good to wrk fr company whic Recognise u as a worker and an Asset
It is good to work fr company which also reward u with Bonuses and Recognition too and company which treat u with courtess and u will be boosting company incentives ,Growth and Production .Advertising, upselling and good Public relations with ur cstmrs and good Clientelle.

Hardworking and very patience,multitask and being to work under preasure.
I am a hard working person who can handle the pressure rush hour,being a team leader to 21 atsff members came as challenge, the most important was to build a good working relationship with staff makes it very to accomplish the task daily and also a good disciplined and determine staff. Team work and communication in a workplace is a key component, also a listening skills play important role.
Pros: as manager, daily duties,online ordering stock,stock counting daily,email respond and customer complain solving,overtime payouts,staff meetings very work,staff uniform checking daily,balance sheet preparation and gross prpfit calculation monthly,credit cards check outs,managing daily patty cash and cashups, opening and closing of the store.
Cons: working as a manager is very challenging as for hours, stepping in when other manger is absent,on the busy hours helping out,every month stock taking.

Fast leaner
We are the good team, we respect each other , and the manager is great, although sometimes we've got defferences . I work 12 hours sum days, and half (6) sum days. I've learnt to be patient. And to accept the sitiuation if I cant change it. The most challenging aspects is when the rules change every day.

typical work is Friday and Saturday, good relationship wit sfaff, the most challenging aspects is to deal with customer and staff.i have learn how to deal with customer complain.ive acheave management certificate
