DAMELIN ACCOUNTS CLERK November 2016 – Present • Reconciles and capture bank statement daily and allocate payments • Compile credit note, refunds and load debit orders on the system • Compile and capture journal entries on accounting system • Collection of fees and Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment and make payments arrangements • Payments of creditors. Prepare purchase order and cheque requisitions for all purchase order approved by head office • Perform filing and general administrative tasks • Processing invoices for payment. Ensures that invoices are accurate • Control of petty cash

Cons: Knock off 12:30pm on fridays

Excellent Learning Curve
Most days are filled with dead lines and lecturing. I have a strong working relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot about working under pressure and understanding the corporate culture. I enjoy my work the most and being skilled enough to complete all my tasks. the most challenging part of my job is the lack of acknowledgement and recognition.

Excellent Learning Curve
Committed, and careful attention to detail. A typical day at work is busy, as students inquiry many information. I enjoy assisting students and helping them where I can. My co-workers I treat with respect and in return i receive the same respect. What I have learned is to work well under pressure and maintain a steady work flow. I enjoy assisting people and working in accounts. The most challenging aspects is having to deal with different tasks at the same time, but managed to sort out each through careful visualization.

I was doing work intergreted learning
I was working as a data capture, while learning there. It was required as for my course for diploma in financial accounting. I was never paid. But i capture data for the company at the admin office. And I think I'm worth the digits I gave you.
Pros: It was data capture of the students which were supposed to inroll for the coming year

hello, I have experience as network administrator and IT technician, I have more than 5 year of experience, I also have formation of network, and hardware. worked with windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, and also win XP win 7 until recent one. in this moment I am finishing IT national diploma in Damelin college. Principal subject: Programming. network, Information System, software engineering, and web development c#, java, vb. I have my own car.

Poor
No proper structures of an academic environment . Non graduates occupying manegerial position. Too many subjects per individual. Long working hours. Dictatorship .

Excellent foundation start to learn how to problem solve.
The organisation is fast phased and deadline driven. we are encouraged to individually engage in self development. Within my scope I am responsible for the roll out of content that needs to be monitored and controlled from a quality assurance point in order to meet the standardized excellence of the products to all 19 sites. Due to the nature of my job I really on building relationships with staff that fall under me by means of leadership and motivation to help solve various problems as a team. I have learnt a lot in my position and grew to pay attention to the finer detail that questions and challenges the existing policies to double check if such policies do work or not.
Pros: A good place to learn at a fast phase.

Good experience
Best opportunity, did school visits, travelled to different provinces. Worked with a large number of students. Commission was seasonal I relied on salary6 throughout the year
