Excellent learning curve

I have obtained a B Com Accounting Degree and have dedicated a large part of my life in getting equipped with the right tools to find effective solutions for challenges and identifying the right opportunities in the finance, business development. My strong interpersonal and communication abilities complement my effective listening and win-win negotiation skills. I believe in good collaboration between team members to ensure effective synergy as well as a good cultural fit when choosing a company to work for. I am an outspoken person always available to expose myself to opportunities that will groom me as an individual. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through completion. I have a great eye for detail and always eager to learn new things. I have the ability to work within demanding accounting cycles and to month end closing deadlines and the ability to effectively present financial information to all levels verbally and in written reports.

Learning experience especially because i was fresh out of university.

My day to day is early mornings to read emails and respond to any urgent mails. check assessments for students follow up on facilitators for outstanding student assessments prepare packs for new courses tarting as well as orientation for new facilitators that will be starting the new courses.e Prepare venues for evening facilitators. request certificates for courses that finished Prepare and plan schedules for starting courses Attend to daily telephonic enquirers My relationship with my co-workers The thing I enjoy the most about my job has to definitely be being part of the journey with my students till they complete and seeing them grow form year to year. What I've learnt from this role is being able to deal with people with different personalities and learning how to deal with each one differently. The most challenging aspect is the amount of workload. There isn't enough hours in the day to finish everything .

Fast Learner and hard worker

I am a delegated employee who is always willing to learn and share the skills with the others to achieve the common goal of the company as a team. Where there are dead lines or targets to be met I make sure that we work as a team even if we are under pressure also able to work extended hours when the is a need in order to meet the valuable expectations as far as production is concerned. Humble employee who respects the protocol when it comes to reporting procedures able to communicate with the line managers when the are challenges that need higher authority to be resolved, give out a report when the line manager was not around when I am responsible for certain duties. Appreciate fellow employees when they have done a good job to keep a peaceful working environment so we make success on the growth of the company production.

Excellent

We work as a team ,I enjoy when we make calls because it challenging.we have a good relationship with co-workers .I learn a lot especially to sell a product because damelin is a business school so the is a huge challenge when its come of registration because we need to call different students to come and make registration and we need to to guide them as well when they choose a career.

Learning more about diversity

My day starts with meetings, thereafter I have counseling sessions booked with either students, lecturers or support personnel. If I do not have any appointments for the day, I check in on colleagues and how the week has been (on an informal level). I find that the informal conversations that we have outside of my office, is much less intimidating than them having to come to my office for a formal counseling session. I have very good relationships with my colleagues and I feel that they accept me and confide in me (trust is a key issue). I have learnt a lot about African culture and how different people think and act. I have learned how to accept and embrace what they are sharing with me and to use it in future meetings. The most challenging part of my job is to get students, lecturers ans support staff to come and see me about the difficulties that they face in life as not all people are comfortable sharing such personal things with someone they only just met (in the case of the students).

Pros: Being able to help people with their personal problems when they do not know who to talk to.
Cons: Working once a week (for half a day), not always having appointments to see students, lecturers and support staff to give assistance with personal problems. Area where office is located is not always safe (CBD of Bloemfontein).

Pay attention to details ,very diligent and work to produce positive results

The feeling of working for the company it was a very good feeling.work schedule based it was very fair although some times extra hours will be required it was a great learning experiences opportunity in the sales industry to be the best have been given to all however it was all up to individual whether they want it or not.i have learnt to work well with the team,learn to share strategics idea,exchange and implementing them to practice. what i have enjoyed most it was when you have to work with clients help them find what they looking for,help solve the problems or confusion about the product.giving a positive impression and restoring hope to them it was a great feeling and opportunity to make someone dream come true.
