Innovative employee

My daily tasks are to open the prison early in the morning and counting all prisoners. Ensuring that they are all safe and healthy. I therefore go to my office where my daily tasks are. I work long hours at HR Office as an HR Supervisor. I pay official overtimes and givingmanaging payroll. My interaction with my colleagues is veru good in a way that we manage to work as a team. As a team leader I am so proud to lead the winning team.

Experiential learning

We were doing electrical maintenance such as back up generator, stove motor gate and we were working five day a week. It ws good relationship with the company workers and offenders. I enjoy going out with one of my mentor to work out side the company. The is no challenge course we were learn

Good leadership skills

I am a young hardworking man who is still energetic and still to work more years to come. I have a good ability to work under minimal supervision since I have a good leadership skill. Ian a easily adaptable to different working environments as well as working with people of different characters. That pros makes fit for good team member. The soil is our greatest asset so we must consrve it while producing to attain the major objective which is human and livestock satisfaction. Working in different working environments together with different people's characters makes me grow mentally, expriencically and also strengthens my innovative and problem solving ability. Strategic planning iia key to a successful farmers as well as daily record keeping as a crucial fundamental aspect in farmi. The most challenging situation is working with insufficient working resources such as farm inputs, sufficient human resources as well as relevant machinery.ng.

History of Transformation of the Corrcetional System in South Africa 2.1 Introduction This chapter aims to provide a brief overview of the history of the Department and the change in the direction of the correctional system during the past century. 2.2 The early 1900's shortly after Unionisation in 1910, saw the prison system also becoming responsible for the management of reformatories. Courts started playing an increasing role in the development of prison law, inter alia, with findings that it was unlawful to detain awaiting-trial offenders in solitary confinement and the ruling that offenders who felt they had been unfairly treated in prison had the legal right to approach courts of law for recourse.

Excellent managerial experience in large organization

It is an high pressured intensely stimulating environment managing security, safety and risk management in a correctional centre. It is fast paced and you have to be proactive and ensure compliance with department policies and law enforcement.

Excellent experience gained

Me and my co-workers split workloads into small task and we share we sometimes work as a team. I have learned how to work under pressure how to manage office administration how to interact with different people. I enjoy being busy doing office work.
