Great company to work for but there are no much opportunities for promotion even though it is the great company to work for. Had great relationship with co-workers and i have learnt a lot because it is the 1st and only company i have worked for. The most challenging aspect or advantage is the culture that if you were hired as an intern you always feel or threated as an intern

Vry professional company to work for, employer of choice.
Driving in between various for stakeholder engagement meeting, Supervising teams, sitting in disciplinary hearing and staff meeting. Continuous feedback to Senior Management. My previous experience was in ICT and petrochemical Industry and the most challenge with current was to understand infrastructure development, project management and engagement with communities where the development takes place.
Pros: I have learnt and advanced my project management skills
Cons: Works hour are very long some we work week ends

Excellent Learning Curve
PROFILE I have gathered good communication skills and I can be able to present my ideas in a team and confident manner. Friends and acquaintances all testify the fact that I can relate to people easily and I am able to adapt quickly to new surroundings. I have learnt to work towards under pressure and achieve my aims with great commitment and perseverance

Great learning and growth opportunities
A typical work day include meetings and presentations to senior management. Daily reporting and forecasting, managing staff. I have a good relationship with all my co-workers. I have never been involved a any disputes with any co worker in all my years of working.I have worked in several different industries example, manufacturing, FMCG,Coperate , ecademic and government. I believe my working exeperience makes me a specialist in my field. Coega allows flexibility and that is what I appreciate most about the organisation. Audit and complience are currently my biggest challengers. However, working in a government sector has its own challengers and dynamics.

Good Management
I have over 14 years of experience in the construction industry You will note that now I am in the consulting industry where I am doing Project Management. My key performance area I just make sure that ISO Standards are enforced at all stages of construction
Pros: Well COEGA is an Implementing agent where they Impliment Goverment Projects as well as Private Organisation Projects.

Excellent Learning Curve
What I have learn and enjoyed most about my job is that it ha thought me to be effective. I collaborate well with others and thus achieving personal results , I am accountable for managing my own time task and output quality of my work. A typical work day starts with briefing or reporting meetings and planning the day. Some times are chaotic as everything is urgent and time is money but some days are manageable. What I found challenging about my job is the lack of time to get work done, other people's negative attitudes due to frustration at work.
Pros: I have gained an extensive experience throughout the years.
Cons: There is no room to grow.

My Review
My objective is to obtain a rigorous and challenging experience in a corporate company environment. I want to be able to learn and contribute throughout such an experience. I have the firm conviction that I will be of tremendous value and an asset to any organisation that takes me under its wings. I am able to synthesize all the working experience that I have acquired through the years in working in various positions. This conviction emanates from the fact that I posses’ excellent work ethic, professionalism and good attitude, ingredients that make me fit with any company to achieve results.

Great learning experience
I started there as an Intern, and i have learnt and grow as a person in the company. I appreciate the opportunity i had be given. I have learnt alot and i became independent engineer that can handle two sites with +- 80 users. I am alo an hard worker and i can work under pressure and i communicate well with the users. I really enjoy my work as the Desktop Support Technician.
