Sound Techinical Knowlage and good in administration.
As the building Inspector I interact with contractors and guide them with technical work. This knowledge is shared with fellow building inspectors on routine meetings on site experience and National Building Regulations and also ensure administration is in order all the time. The building inspector job has added on my knowledge in terms of supervising contractors and ensure compliance with the regulations and the act.

Great Opportunity Given
Performing administration duties, doing procurement of goods and services, i.e. capturing purchase requisitions and orders, stock requests on SAP.I have a good relationship with my colleagues not only in the finance unit but also other units.I have learnt to work under pressure and also to work in team and individual. The challenges that i came across was that in inadequate planning and the linking of demand to the budget,Developing strategies to engage effectively with Indigenous suppliers

Good communication skills, Computer literate, good interpersonal skills, attention to details.
in my current company i have learned a lot, e.g SAP- logging calls, Checking leave days for employees, personal information etc,. i also work well with team members. i have strong relationship with co-workers and work well in ateam.

Great working opportunity and able to advance to better appointments in admin
I have had a great experience as a personal assistant and my day included starting off with checking my emails and those of the Councillor. Proceed to have a brief meeting to plan for the day and make arrangements that need to be handled before hand. I then prepare the appropriate documentation using the Microsoft office package and also handle the filling system of any paperwork that needs to be handled.

Sibusiso the young energetic man whom is ready and hungry for success. Who’s welling to learn and explore more on the field? I’m also open minded, like to create and maintain the scale or knowledge. I am presently working for one of the best Municipalities the entire African Continent which is the City of Johannesburg. I am also responsible for Board Advisory Committee (Group Risk Governance, Group Audit and Group Performance Audit Committees). I work in a very vibrant and progressive environment with my colleagues. I start working in the Committees Unit in 2012 and I have since learnt a lot in terms of managing and coordinating the Committee. The most challenging part of my job is nagging the officials or members to submit reports timeously.

Excellent learning and determine curve
The most challenging aspect is when given work at a later stage only to expect us to do it under pressure of which it can consume a lot of mistakes. so as for the relationship im having with my co workers is excellent and healthy

The Good. 1. Understanding the dynamics around population growth and opportunity it presents. 2. Engaging with different stakeholders to understand and shape the growth trajectory of the City 3. Ability to present solution for Senior Executive and politicians on finance and administrative matters 4. Ability to engage foreign donor funders The Bad 1. Limited innovation due to cumbersome regulations 2. Restriction on travelling and careers growth platforms. 3. Politicians making decision not supported by empirical facts 4. lack decisive action on non performance on critical areas 5. No financial reward for hard working, or completion of major projects, or except for extra leave days
Pros: Allows for have engagement with different stakeholders, SME's, Business Forums, Politicians, and General public
Cons: Too much politicized working environment limits innovations
