I am an individual who is well disciplined, articulate and have great communication skills.
I am an individual who is well disciplined, articulate and have great communication skills. I have been employed in an environment whereby I interact with a lot of clients through the telephone and in person. My skills are backed up with a debt recovery certification I achieved at Boston City Campus which has enabled me to be a very competent and a well-organized person when dealing with a huge number of customers and also a two year Diploma in Information Technology specializing in the field of networking which has enabled me to be a qualified I.T technician. I am highly motivated and do not lack initiative in order to get any task done. I am an asset to any company as I am very productive, proactive and an assertive individual who does one’s duties effectively & efficiently at all times. I believe in having goals and objectives as an individual and I always aim at reaching all that I have set aim for.

Employable as I am
As a jozi digital ambassador who works with residents everyday,it is not an easy job. But it improves my self confidence because before I was very shy to speak in public but now it's my everyday job. I have a good relationship with my colleagues I manage to forges a good friendship with them even though they are not behaving well. The most challenging part of my job is when you want to approach a resident ,and the resident gives you a bad attitude but I know how to react such people, I just respond with a smile and thank them for their time even though they are not interested in what am offering them, I do try to convince but if I fail I let them go with a smile.
Pros: Am my own boss, I decided how much I want to earn,
Cons: No work no pay

I have more than 5 years on the job experience in the I.T field excluding my years of study and I am very comfortable when dealing with computer systems and printer as I am now aware that in this vast field one needs to be learning all the time, one needs to be patient and always on top of your game in order to successfully resolve incidents whether it being quick fixes or taking mandatory long routes in resolving a particular problem.

Experience learned
Learned project management,stakeholder relations,customer relations. Office management and coaching. Learned good time management, emotional intelligence. Conducted community survey thereafter implented ccommunity project. Good presentation skills and negotiation skills. Being a facilitator of programmes and for medical students from University of Witwatersrand. Being a programme manager for sampling. The current health promotion calendar facilitator. Managing all Environmental Health calender events from planning to implementation.

Used to my potential
I am currently not been paid for my position because am told the position has not been created in that means I can work as project manager but not been paid as such. The experience is enough to run my own company as I did have my own company for five years done few project with Transnet and provincial government and some private company in Sandton. I am registered member of PMSA and fully comply to professional created by . I am looking for a permanent position which is not goanna end after few months of project as I had family to look after
Pros: the condition of employment is very conducive and paying very well except that am not used and paid according to my exptrise
Cons: working hours some time is long for whole week and managed by people who lack field knowledge and experience

Project is daily learning activities which is straight forward
Job that is involve in planning every day and every hour couple with monitoring my relationship with my colleague is stable even thou sometimes is get out of hand very bad, which is frustrating especially when it affect schedule, people don't turn up for work , or forgot what it suppose to be done on the day, there is no master of every job in working environment you keep learning every day, never stop learning, especially as project manager your technical report and daily inter-action with staff your learn a lot from individual. in my daily activities as a project manager I enjoy challenges related from project because it brings the best in me. adhering to scope management and clearly understand it transfer it to your team by giving every team member a clear task for the day to be completed n ot big or small but achievable.
