I work at Multi Marine Electeical as an Electricia. I am responsible into wirering AC&DC panels also wire a Distribution board and mount them in the Boat, and also do a Fault funding when there is a Fault. I like to work as an individual also as a team. What I have learned at Multi Marine Electrical is to make the time the first priority and also work as neat as possible.I have a good relationship with my boses and my Colleagues and I'm trustworthy. I'm always early at work so that I can do the proper planning for the day.

Learning curve average
The job is the same everyday, not very many challenges. I feel like I'm misplaced. Good relationship with most co-workers. I've learnt part of finance even though I'm not a financial person. I've learnt to overcome a lot of obstacles. I enjoy most working with clients, solving problems and working with figures. Managing people is the most challenging aspect of my job especially in an environment where people feel threatened. People who have been in a company for too long want to work with people more similar to them education wise and once one seems to be more educated, they feel threatened by it. They become very rigid and reluctant to change
Pros: Incentives
Cons: They talk about growth everyday but it works forbothers and not for all. The offices are not very well looked after.

Hard worker
meeting deadlines, targets or goals mentoring and coaching others learning new things coming up with creative ideas to improve something, or make something new analysing complex data in order to draw clear and simple conclusions working well as part of a team leading a team to success completing a difficult project, and seeing it through to the end spotting flaws and errors so as to make sure the end result of a project is as good as possible finding a way to solve a problem, or overcome a challenge

Excellent learning curve
I work straight shift and weekends when necessary, I have achieved an always will to help certificates. I get along with everyone at work cause you will hardly find me angry. What I enjoy the most here everyone is given an opportunity to learn all aspects of the plant. However the most challenging part its when the plant is not complying. I have leant to get along with different people and with the training opportunities they providing its improving my experience.

Excellent learning curve
Great place to work, and learn new skills. Staff are great, however, in my current postion there is no opportunity for permanent employment. I get on well with my co-workers. I enjoy writing for the website. Deadlines can sometimes become very stressful.

Working within a municipality is a life lesson in its own
A typical work day is starting work at 7am, getting to your desk and realizing that its lunch time and you have missed breakfast because you became so focused on getting all work done.

Good in writteng investigative reports, asset register, Maintenance of asset
Doing all types of maintenance i.e predictive, preventive etc. Doing investigation on breakdowns and writteng report and making recommendations. Getting daily, weekly work schedule from supervisor having meetings once in two weeks for progress and what meeds to be done, working as a team and as individuals and reading each others reports to see the progress and accuracy. I enjoyed almost everything about my work and duties. i learned time managing working hand in hand, doing investigation on assets. Time to complete the reports.

Excellent learning curve
I have learned a lot working in this Department , We are always busy and I enjoy that because being busy keeps us away in a lot of thing. We are working as a team mostly. But when its time to do reports they all run away and leave me alone.

Worlds Biggest Public sector SAP installation
A regular day could be a lot of meetings with the technical team to get updates on projects; fixes and changes and so forth. Then sit down to respond to emails from business. Then also sit with the developers individually to clarify or confirmation on a requirement. When all else slows down then you can respond to more emails and update specs based on days meetings. Sometime you have to stay late to confirm that the changes discussed have been implemented successfully.
Pros: A revolving door for consultant who always bring new ideas.
Cons: Can be a bit slow sometimes.
