Excellent learning curve

Busy. can not complete what you planned for as the daily needs of management and staff take over. Excellent relationship with co workers, no friends just colleagues. Have learnt to be quick and efficient, have learnt how to multi task. Learnt a lot about labour relations and disciplinaries. Enjoy most the atmosphere of being part of a family. The most challenging is making decisions for writing out charges for a DE

Pros: good fast paced environment , excellent for learning
Cons: Managers are not willing to teach
