Excellent learning curve. Large corporate Hospital group. very people orientated.
a typical work day is rather challenging . you can not plan your day. daily short notice instruction and reports take precedence. Co workers are excellent, well mannered and educated . I have learnt a lot of the clinical and nursing environment. I have learnt a lot about disciplinaries and internal policies. I enjoy the people management and administration of training and development . challenging part is coping with recruitment and disciplines while trying to ensure that payroll is closed on time.
Pros: large hospital group. Potential continuation of business in these economic times.
Cons: salary grades are low and not fair. they do not pay equally for same outputs

A day
I have. 10 years HR admin experience. I love admin and assisting staff and recruitment and training. I am studying HR mangement. Knowledge is power. Although I do not wish to be a manager of HR . I enjoy the ground work . I will be an asset to your organisation I have a heart for teaching . So motivating staff and giving them direction and advise is fulfilling. Anyone needing assistance gains just that immediately.

I enjoy to respect and treat my patient fairly accurate to their beliefs and their culture I like assist my patient to all his needs .to communicate with them and give some advice to how to take medication I am a hard worker and self motivated person

My day was always busy but I enjoyed every minute of it . I learnt so much and loved working there because of the organizational family like culture. I. Loved the staff I worked with they were all friendly an welcoming

Good mentally challenging environment.
Good environment . People are friendly and supportive. Good to learn about the clinical aspects of things. Everyday is a new challenge. Management however need to not be threathened by their staff. Need to give staff an oppotunity to work and not second guess their directive. Staff should be given reasonable.deadlines and reasonable amount of work. There should be uniformity auth regard to salary and output.
