They are good people to work with and are team workers, what I've learnt is how to deal with different kinds of people and be calm at the same tim. I enjoy that it is challenging because you don't know what's going to happen today or even tomorrow.

Very good with customers
i learn to be fast and smile to the customer and not to argue with the costomers and the most thing i enjoy is that i was working with averages to raise it and working with customers was the best thing i love.

I got a lot of experience,at chicken licken,like dealing with different customers
My job was to order stock,do stock take and control it,motivate the staff ,handle customer problems and make sure they get good service,the relation ship between me and my staff was very good we had sum fun at some other time if we were out of work but when we were at work they know how to work,I got lot of experience especially from hard customer I knew how to handle them because they are the boss,the most challenging was when the customer lied about something and you know that you were there she or he is lying,I learnt to respect the customer,talk to them nicely until she or he comes down.
Pros: I had great opportunity to get promotion as operating manager for both stores
Cons: I was enjoying working long hours sometimes because that meant good profit and sales

Excellent..team worker
I was enjoying working at chicken lickin though sometimes working hours were hectic especially durin month end, dealing with customers wasnt reali easy bt wt determination all worked out fine..i was a team player i know how to engage with my team members,iv learned that working under pressure reali thrived m n pushed me to be a fast learner nd working with custmores yu alwyx have to be all smile and undrstand them, know that customers are always write nomata what..I enjoyed that happy customers happy business dae n all is well..Challenge aspect of the job is dealing with angry customers nd unhappy ones that is reali a challenge..

Working with different kind of people with different charecters
Everyday i learn how to deal with different kind of clients,how to treat them. and also how to respond to their behavior or attitude. Iam also enjoying as this helps me to know different kind of people ,what i like most is team_work,as we are from different family it is not easily to satisfy all of them(colleagues ) specially when you are a supervisor all is needed is being always positive

Team work
Every company has huge responsibility inside it,for u to make it u have to get strong team which is hungry for the job and who are Willing to promote it,I have day to day meetings trying to solve mistakes happening on daily basis,staff coming with solutions on our we make company grow,not every decisions are right from me no but if u have participating staff things go easier,to make it in life u must know ur job,love it,enjoy and be pationate with it

Excellent workplace
I learnt a lot in this job especially through workshops and great experience. I growed personally . I made great relations with the people I worked with thus creating a good job environment and increasing productivity amongst every person.

Challenging and yet an pportunity for growth
Busy on day to day. Professional relationship with co-workers. I have learnt to manage working as a team as well as ensuring that my individual duties are fulfilled. I enjoyed seeing satisfied customers. Challenges, unhappy customers, staff misconduct and long working hours.

A very good learning experience
Working at Chicken licken has been amazing as i have learnt to cope and understand different people and also have learnt that not all people have the same sense of humor or character which is not a bad thing really but other than that it’s been good
