Excellent learning cave

It's been great journey ,it has build me from this soft person I was to a strong person.i have gained a lot of knowledge looking at my qualification.Ive learn about stock taking capturing how to calculate foodcost ticket averages , financial banking delegation.my high light is when we had our monthly meetings where we will taught about lot of things how to be assertive and build each.the challenges is when there is a lot of absenteeism and as a manager you have to fill the gap and try to balance the team which brings a lot of pressure special during peak hours.dealing with different attitudes of employees was also challenging,but by being firm and fare some how we manage through.dealing with difficult customers was adding a bit of a spicy to my day as well.

Pros: Great promotion but you have to work your way up
Cons: Long working hours and late night shifts without transport, security.

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot from the company.Very exciting and new things to learn on a day to day basis.From ordering stock ,to making sure our product is sent out to our customer in the best possible state.Running around making sure u have in enough people on shift.If there is one important thing its how u able to handle staff.Today u good and happy with everyone tomorrow its a different story guess its because u cant make everyone happy.I have learnt so much but above all hard work and honesty top up the list.There iis quite a few challenges for example handling customer and the long working hours but have learnt to manouvre through all with time

Pros: You get to learn a lot since most of the times u get hired without any professional qualifications
Cons: The working hours are too long

Team building and can work under pressure

At our company we always happy on every daily bases we take our job as our hobby so that we can enjoy our customers and reach our targets. I’ve learned to always be polite with the customer since they are always right. I was able to solve every problem in the store. Sometimes though the work is overwhelming but we tried by all means to get done with especially during busy time. Working under pressure was always on our schedule.

Pros: Hard worker
Cons: 14 hours

I got a lot of experience,at chicken licken,like dealing with different customers

I was very to work as a manager firstly and by the time goes,I got a promotion to be operating manager,to me it shows that I was good at what I was doing,but not that I had to relax but to do more as I am that person who want to learn new things in life ,I learn to respect my staff,treat them equally same as customers,to be patient especially to those hard customers to get them back and to get more customers,I enjoyed working with my staff and the customers,especially if two months passed with no complains which shows lot of experience and working as a team pays

Pros: I had great opportunity to get promotion as operating manager for both stores
Cons: I was enjoying working long hours sometimes because that meant good profit and sales

LEARNING

I am a hardworking,trustworthy dedicated,loyal and sociable person.I believe in teamwork and doing my best to help others.I am able to work independently possess clarity of thought and gave the ability to keep focused and productive even under pressure.It would be appreciated if my application would be considered.

Business minded

i;m young but i have are big heart to handle pressure at work and managing,would love to continue growing in your company and learn new skills.m'm hungry for success and willing to turn any disadvantage to are advantage,willing to go are step over for the business.

Good working experience

I enjoyed mostly working with customer...most of them they were willing to work with me and they were so friendly ...and i was so polite towards them and able to handly their complaints.and come up with solution that will fulfil everyone. Assit were i can be able to help. I have learnt a lot to my previous company ,and i recieved skills on how to handle customer complaints. The challenge a had is when customer request something that we cant offer, i have learnt that you are not suppose to say no but try to put wards rather take this. And articulate why we cannot offer this.

Cons: I am to work long hours and over time

Excellent with the service

The customer service is good, good staff. Team work is what i like about the employees. And i learned that customer is very important all the time and they they must be happy all the time when they leave the shop. So that they should come back.

Excellent

I have an excellent customer service and good work ethics.i respect everyone equal top or lower level and I love my customers in a professional way.the reason I'm looking for this job is because I want to further my studies where my current employer doesn't pay enough and the hours are very long with 1/3 a month.
