Excellent learning curve

The environment was quite diversified and great. There was akso great academic support. I have learned to prioritize. I enjoyed working with my students. There were not enough resources to cater for my class groups.

Excellent career start

Working at an institutional facility is as typical as attending classes regularly as scheduled, this also includes a proper punctuation and good attendance because you cannot just be absent when it is your job to be in class and assist students. business is conducted formally and my supervisor whhom is the subject head lecturer is a very understanding and cooperative person.

Pros: Boosts academic confidence
Cons: No promotion

More opportunities to learn

I On a daily basis I taught students laboratory work, marked their assignments and wrote a report on their overall performance, depending on their average, if it was less than 60% then I would make them redo the assignments. I got on well with my coworkers and they would assist me. What I enjoyed most was engaging with my students. I learnt that as people we have different characters and some are more fast whereas some are slow, I learnt how to bring them all on the same level. The most challenging part is seeing some students excelling in one module and lacking in other modules

Learning Curve

An excellect instittution with good leaders. Not a lot of opportunity to grow in certain sectors. Constant change in management. One of the leading institutions in salary packagaes

The company is not perfect but great to work at

It is the great place to work with because the people I work with are great when it comes to interacting with people and also they treat everyone as equals and basically like a family

Cons: sometimes the payroll skip people when paying staff members

Learned to work under pressure, also i know how to delegate work, leaderships roles ..

u must have your A game on everyday also we work extra hours you must alsom have ggod communication skills because we have different individuals .yoooou must learn to be a team player. i learned a lot must be physically active as the job requires flexibility

Excellent learning curve

I am currently working as a lecturer assistant, as much as I lobe my job I do really miss and very eager to go back to the field, I am a very very ambitious and strong willed person , that feels like I have so much to do first and accomplish before continuing with my studies to do my do my Ph, I just need someone to believe in my the way I believe in myself.

Adaptable

The company is a bit under stuffed so at times it gets really hectic with the work load and we only have two senior technicians and two students. As a student I feel its more hectic because you have limited hours compared to other people but you have to complete a work load close to the one that permanent people complete. We are a team though we help each other and help each other develop with new ways to troubleshoot and fix stuff. I have learnt alot on the technical side of trouble shooting and fixing computers, being patient with certain clients and being able to talk to them

Information technology

exposed to engage myself with different people with different cultures, how to enhance my communication skills towards them. so much i have learnt like skills to help or explain things in a simpler way and make sure that everyone understands.i have enjoy working with people or teams yo achieve a common goal.
