Pros: I made lot of money, worked overtimes and there is commission.
Cons: Long hours and dealing with different kind of people.

Excellent learning Period In my life

very Good Review Of The Page And Other Features It Offers To Make This Experience A Whole Lot better, Made A Lot Of Friends And Learnt A lot From Those Above And My Teammates That I Was Actually Happy to Work With And Build Positive Relationship.

Empowering young people

CCI Call Centre International is a good working environment and it empowers young people and there is growth within the company. It provides good facilities and also helps one grow individually and personally in terms of independence and grooms one into being able to maintain their life in an office environment.

Great experience

multitasking, assisting while listening, great experience. good environment. i have leaned good communication skills, interact with different people. I enjoyed spending time with my co workers. I never faced any challenges because i loved my job.

I had a very good experience from the companies I’ve worked for.

Most of the companies I worked for I was a consultant/ technical advisor/ book keeper for one of the loan companies i worked for. The experience I had while working at the call centre was different, I fixed devices from all over England for people who had fibre connections fro TalkTalk telecommunications At first it was a bit challenging but I had to learn faster. Form Other companies it was challenging and easy at the same time. I only dealt with registering loans and collecting money from their account.

Pros: Great opportunity to socialise to build a career profile, improved my communication skills and it was a good experience.
Cons: Long working hours and less time to rest.

Excellent learning curve

group of people (Team work) I can handle all types of clients from Angry to happy customers. Management has positive manner of approach. ach. Excellent learning curve, good listening skills i leant from the company and it has taught me to be fluent in English. Taught me computer skills. Great agent

As I said I am the best agent and willing to give my best through everything I do.my best recommendation was when I was promoted as a supervisor to my team by mtn campaign in 2016, so now with my experience I am willing to share my knowledge

Friendly enviroment

Working in CCI has been a very good journey, I had the opportunity to explore more of the company’s campaigns. The people are great to work with, from team members, team leaders etc.. You feel at home. CCI call centre was my first job so every call centre knowledge I have is because of them and their thorough training sessions, of which I’m really grateful of. There are some challenges here and there, just like any other company. And not to forget the company’s events for it’s employees!
