Great starting point as someone wanting to pursue a career in logistic

-A fixed shift ( afternoon shift) from 2 to 10pm -Great supportive and team players co-workers -I have grown a great passion for the logistics industry -It gets quite hectic when we have to reach a target during peak months -Dealing with difficult drivers can be a bit challenging -Having to work Monday to Saturday is strenuous

Pros: Great starting place as someone wanting a career in logistics
Cons: Fixed shift contract, 6days a week contract(Monday to Saturday)

Learn the new culture of retail. Very good company to work for.

Receing containers from China & different supplier in the Warehouse. Picking stock for the stores, distribution the stock to the stores. Manage the fleet Manage labour & cost. Ensure that kpi's are met Health & safety.

Pros: Business has potential, to grow
Cons: Monday to Sstrrdays 07:00 to 18:00

What a wow...what can I say. You're in for a treat of your life. Watch and learn fast because it is a fast moving consumer goods industry. You have to live it to understand it

Growth opportunity

What i learned most an enjoyed about my job.

I enjoyed being mostly out dooors and the opportunity to learn about the compleate events industryas ell as the comparison between direct and indirect competitors for the same market.

Pros: Exposure to a number of other industry and competitor products and opportunities to benchmark
Cons: Employees are treated as tools and not much of the human factor is considered

I work well with a team.

I have more than 15 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing and sales environment. I was also part of the team that implemented MLPs in ABI of which was the first project in SA. I also have a very good working knowledge of SAP. I am able to work well under pressure and deadline driven. I work well with a team.

Pros: I have gained a large scale of working knowledge
Cons: Good internal controls when it comes to dealing with cash sales and accounting practises

Excellent leadership skills

A multi-skilled Team leader with 6 years’ experience in the FMG industry. Possess a good all-round ability to juggle multiple tasks and ensure that scheduled production targets are communicated and achieved. Responsible for planning of daily tasks prior to the starting of the shift.Capable of identifying and dealing with customer’s business needs. Experienced in providing motivation, guidance planning, coordinating and schedule employees to close the resource gaps when necessary.

Cons: not good in public speaking

I'm a qualified QC studied at Statistical Quality Management in Johannesburg.

I have been a Quality control for two companies ie. Videx mining product and Barrier Angelucci. I have also been employed by South Africa National Blood Service for 7 years since 2010 till 2017..

Pros: Courage to expand

Perfect for personal growth

the company that I am working for i have built good relationship with colleagues. On a typical day it is busy where one can not fully rest during lunch. The most challenging aspect is having to meet the target and no Teamwork here but rather competition amongst ourselves.

Excellent healthy working environment

Excellent working environment that's fun and diverse cultural groups that accommodate each other with their differences. Working hours are normal as well as ratings are fair.
