I am very passionate about my work and fit well in teams.
Work life has taught me the importance of building of quality relationship with my customer internally and externally in order to fulfill the business goals and service level agreement. I always learn from my setback and recover well from them and always look forward to to new challenges.to build a career in a growing organisation, where I can get an opportunity to prove my abilities and capabilities by accepting challenges, fulfill the organisation goals and objectives and climbing the career ladder through continuous learning and commitment.

Cons: My working hours are 8 hours depending on the importance of business requirements..

I have gain a lot here
its very hard to work here,the colleagues are good,i have learnt a lot like filling,doing cash report,stock count,receiving and sending emails,making phone calls.

Customer service
Negotiating space and pricing in outlets. Building displays. My relationship with my colleagues is very standard, we really portray the team work effort. I've learned patience and determination from working in sales. What I love the most is fulfilling customers demands.

Does not compromise on quality
Coca-Cola does not compromise when it comes to quality and is always striving to be at the top. Working with colleagues is easy because we are all familiar with the place and can work as a team. I have learned that if you support each other you can achieve alot. Cons are working 12 hours.

Learned a lot especially corporately.
A day at work can get from normal to busy in no time. And during the peak season it is always busy since production is most at demand. During this season our machine efficiency should always be high quality and low on downtime. At work I like keeping my relationship with my co-workers and friends professional yet fun and I won't lie it can be hard at times but I manage. I have learned how to address my self in a corporate environment. And also learned that operating a machine doesn't end by just observing you should be one with your machine and Tha is one skill that takes a lot of time to master. Every end of the year we would have these end of the year functions we called them team building so each team would go to any place of their own choosing and have fun get to know each other better, and reflect on what has been going on during the year. And found that it creates some sort of a bond within us as co-workers. Problem solving especially if we have to meet a deadline.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Regular Shift changes.
