Good learning and experience-gaining opportunity.
My job teaches me a lot. At the same time I get to gain experience. It teaches me the skills to work with and handle customers who are different. I get to work with a variety of people. I get to interact. I have also learnt to work under pressure and to handle pressure well as it gets very busy and hectic at times.

ROUTINE WORK AND UNCHALLENGING
LONG WORKING HOURS DAILY AND STANDING EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS I HAVE LEARNT CUSTOMER SRVICE AND CLIENT SOLUTIONS HELPING CLIENTS IN NEED BRINGS SATISFACTION AND ENJOYMENT. MOST CHALLENGING IS DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CLIENTS AND LONG STANDING HOURS.

My dailly life
I love my job but my hours is getting to me now start work at 8 and finish off at 18h30 customers and staff are the best people I know once you get to know them you'll love the. my manager is a very nice person he knows how to handle the staff and control the customers. I have learned never to trust anyone and that you are responsible for your own future , my jobs depends on marketing most off my day convincing customers getting them to believe in me and loving me

productive person, able to work underpressure, team spirit and work as well co-operating with other subordinates to reach company target and goal, customer services, negotiations skills, deals processing, assessing the customer needs,pricing of goods and quatotion preparation and stock controller and inventory management

Great experience with sales and a great opportunity
I work really well with my collueges ,my job involves a lot of heavy lifting and assisting of customers. I learnt a lot about gratitude and how to humble myself because of customer service . in the customer service industry you need to be good at handling various situations , it is a very great and humbling work experience

I feel i am underpaid
Working at cash converters is temporary while i am seeking a better job. We have ridiculous targets and with my admin/ office experience they should take it into consideration. The ladies in PDA should be paid more as we are working with peoples personal finance and confidential information. Also compared to my colleagues i have a much higher level of professionalism. Often times i dont get to take lunch breaks due to being too busy.
Pros: Meeting new people all the time and building a good relationship with them
Cons: Working long hours without a proper break at times. Salary is too low. Senior management is rude

Finance experience
Interact with more than 50 clients a day Take and direct phone calls to relevant departments Assist on the POS(point of service) Review client's bank statement, Salary slips and confirm employment. Sell good to the customers when the store is busy I work with very happy people, we all have our bad days but once we are together it all goes away. I like helping my clients I only dislike it when the client is not truthful about their financial status and then the loan declines I have learned that in life we all have problems and deal with them differently and there is nothing wrong on how one deals the problem comes when one makes it everyone's problem

Good learning and skill building, customer orientated, requires multi tasking
Purchasing of stock on a daily basis, comparing prices and buying the right product at the right price, being abreast of new markets trends on technology and pricing, learning how to handle handle difficult situation and make that same situation benefit both me and the customer, I have learned to understand than being understood, I have learned to be assertive and strong, I am goal driven and willing to learn new things
