Good learning and experience-gaining opportunity.
My job teaches me a lot. At the same time I get to gain experience. It teaches me the skills to work with and handle customers who are different. I get to work with a variety of people. I get to interact. I have also learnt to work under pressure and to handle pressure well as it gets very busy and hectic at times.

Learned to deal with difficult customers.
I enjoyed working there as it taught me how to interact with customers face to face and you start having ntural conversations with them. Thats how you can make your sales and reach target. My challenges were on those days when the shops are quiet and there are no customers but month end I tried to make up for the lost.

King Pie: Strategic, operational and development planning of 300 Franchised stores in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland and Zambia; coordinate operations, training and projects departments, resolve issues and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives; Oversee change management and complete all actions concerning annual budget processes, delivering profit targets and sales while maintaining strict stock controls via a centralised distribution centre.

Finance experience
Interact with more than 50 clients a day Take and direct phone calls to relevant departments Assist on the POS(point of service) Review client's bank statement, Salary slips and confirm employment. Sell good to the customers when the store is busy I work with very happy people, we all have our bad days but once we are together it all goes away. I like helping my clients I only dislike it when the client is not truthful about their financial status and then the loan declines I have learned that in life we all have problems and deal with them differently and there is nothing wrong on how one deals the problem comes when one makes it everyone's problem

Great experience with sales and a great opportunity
I work really well with my collueges ,my job involves a lot of heavy lifting and assisting of customers. I learnt a lot about gratitude and how to humble myself because of customer service . in the customer service industry you need to be good at handling various situations , it is a very great and humbling work experience

ROUTINE WORK AND UNCHALLENGING
LONG WORKING HOURS DAILY AND STANDING EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS I HAVE LEARNT CUSTOMER SRVICE AND CLIENT SOLUTIONS HELPING CLIENTS IN NEED BRINGS SATISFACTION AND ENJOYMENT. MOST CHALLENGING IS DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CLIENTS AND LONG STANDING HOURS.

Fantastic learning and growing curve to further my career in a management role in any sector
Work long hours 6 days a week doing many and all managerial roles. Good working environment with my staff and colleagues. Minimal time off especially during peak holiday periods or public holidays seeing as I was the only manager on site. Worked roles such as, store manager, retail manager, buy shop manager, HR manager, storeroom manager and merchandising manager. General all round management experiance.
Pros: Good step in the right direction to further my managerial career
Cons: Long working hours to many managerial roles, 5 to be exact and minimal time off
