I have learnt a lot
my relationship with my co works is very good,we have a really nice relationship as we work well with each other.We hardly urgue or fight with each other.What I have learnt in this company is how to interact and approach peaople as I approach different people everyday,and I have learnt more about time management.The most challenging aspect of the good is approach people to test for HIV because you sometimes come across people who are rude and you have to contain yourself.What I enjoy the most is working with my colleagues because we get along very well.

Focus and didicated and also a team player
The challenge i encounter as woman working on Male Circumcision sector is to be open minded about male private part and have to educate on the important of my work. i have learned things i was not expose to some of it, it mostly experienced in jail. Being a mobilisor has given me more exposure on environmental issues that man face and able to assist with my work experience. as a single mother to a teenage boy it has given me pleasure to be able to address some of these issues to my 16year old boy

Excellent learning curve and improvement in my academic knowledge and experience.
Im very hardcore working person, with good communication skills and academical knowledge. A person who is willing to learn and share information. Im currently working in a social enterprice whos managing hiv. I have a learn to multitask and engage with other department aswell, comunicate with various participants that are outside western cape and have recieved very productive results. I enjoy every work in every department, but all in all i like making a diffrence and have good results.

No much growth
Being at this company has taught me to stand up for myself, able to talk/presentation in a crowd. Had a great relationship with all the staff including management. Challenge is dealing with employees not submitting in time documents for payroll or adhering to SOPs

Working at CareWorks
Working at CareWorks is great, wonderful Team to work with, great energy. Very Chilled but Proffetional work space. Self Motivation is key as there is no one pushing you. I enjoyed working here

Great financial acumen
Dear employer It has been my passion to be and get involved in finances and to become a great asset to any company that is able to see my capabilities and skills that i have aqcuired. I work well within a team or individually on my own and have no limit to learn something new or revise on something that may have a much easier solution to. I look forward to hearing from you.

It was the best learning curve
It is always good to work with people even when they give headache sometimes but good. Mostly knowing what people goes through in life. Inspire sometimes frightening

Changing people's lives.
The hours change anytime and anytime you can be called to return to office and sort out immediate staff needed for a group leaving. Or make last minute accommodation bookings/car bookings. I relate very well with people i work with. I enjoy an enviroment that changes now and then because you are alert at all times. Challenge is something that i tackle most times.
Pros: I take initiative when necessary and volunteer whenever i can assist.

On bound call center/sales Agent/Consultant
I love working in a place where there is color and fast environment. Call center vibe, people always on calls making Sales, the vavavoom in the call center, people who are more alive and hungry for money!
