Excellent learning curve and improvement in my academic knowledge and experience.
Im very hardcore working person, with good communication skills and academical knowledge. A person who is willing to learn and share information. Im currently working in a social enterprice whos managing hiv. I have a learn to multitask and engage with other department aswell, comunicate with various participants that are outside western cape and have recieved very productive results. I enjoy every work in every department, but all in all i like making a diffrence and have good results.

No much growth
Being at this company has taught me to stand up for myself, able to talk/presentation in a crowd. Had a great relationship with all the staff including management. Challenge is dealing with employees not submitting in time documents for payroll or adhering to SOPs

Focus and didicated and also a team player
The challenge i encounter as woman working on Male Circumcision sector is to be open minded about male private part and have to educate on the important of my work. i have learned things i was not expose to some of it, it mostly experienced in jail. Being a mobilisor has given me more exposure on environmental issues that man face and able to assist with my work experience. as a single mother to a teenage boy it has given me pleasure to be able to address some of these issues to my 16year old boy

Learning curve for me. Very new to the industry but I've learnt so much
Fast paced environment with good culture and environment that is conducive to anyone. Only challenging aspect of the job is the fact that, there funding structure is not fixed and that makes it difficult for the organisation to function

Excellent learnig curv
Working for Careworks has open my eyes interms of not be ignorant as person and u must always treat people the same and also respect them.I know so many places now and being in the wellness programe it shows me being healthy and taking good care of yourself it is very important .I manage a team going in different work places educating people about hiv/aids.

Great financial acumen
Dear employer It has been my passion to be and get involved in finances and to become a great asset to any company that is able to see my capabilities and skills that i have aqcuired.
