It has been a very long Good learning curve of my work experience.

Mi must say is a best company to work for, not regretting any year I've spent. You grow yourself at any point if you want to. They give all the resources and it's all up to you if you using them or applying to.

Client service is number 1, working with my colleagues is like having a family that I can count on with duties and split responsibilities, what I enjoy is interacting with people and learning more about my market I let them do more of the talking while pursuing my goal of closing the deal

Good management skill

Releasing manager, supervising cashiers. Opening and closing,customer service and complaints handler. Good in conducting staff discipline meetings, early morning trainings to sales agents

It's a good learning curve and have gained a lot experience working for Cape union Mart.

I consider myself to be very confident and out going person who loves dealing with people and communicate well,I work well under pressure and strive to achieve my personal and companies goals.

Good company to work for and we get trainings regularly

i actually enjoy the work environment and have a good relationship with my coworkers as I'm a shift leader and I have learnt alot in these few years that I'm here and I actually enjoy working and helping customers needs as I also do repairs to help them and build a strong relationship ewe

Pros: We have a great chance to grow in the company as we provided with trainings and opportunities to apply at other positions that show up in the company at a whole.
Cons: It's a very good company to work for and creates chances for growth and the working environment is good and we keep leading our customers to the right direction

Good start but not what interests me whatsoever

It's a big company but they under pay their employees. My coworkers are very encouraging and push me to learn more in the industry. It's a great experience and opportunity for me to work on people skills. I'm not used to being on my feet all day and that was something to get used to working in retail.

Pros: Great first job for a graduated student
Cons: Underpaying, long period of time spent on your feet
