It's a good company but people who works the eg management they dond have a way to treat staff and they only care about money more than their staff which they don't appreciate at all

I've learnt so much and basically all I know I've learnt from working at Cape Union Mart.
I would come in each day at the start of my day I would pull reports for day before do banking start the morning meeting prepare store for the days trade. I dealt with customer orders and repairs receiving and capturing stock received for the day. When I'm done with my back office work I spend time on the sales floor with Sales staff assisting clients. My relationship with my colleagues was good I am a neutral person and get along with everyone. In my time at Cape Union Mart I've learnt that the work I did needed me to have good listening skills and patience and assist a client to best fit their needs. I loved meeting new people with new energy everyday and my challenge was dealing with complaints.
Pros: I loved working at Cape union mart for the staff and i got along well I came in and had my responsibility and the new people I met each day.
Cons: Sometimes the Area leaders could be intimidating and that would be my only con

Communication skills
I learnt communication skills and to be punctual. The company allows growth. Multitasking is allowed to have excess in every department of the store.

Cape Union Mart it's such an amazing company to work at, they take care of their employees very well. I came into the company and make sure add value. Motivate team to have a winningg mentality.

Very high class level of services

It has been a very long Good learning curve of my work experience.
Mi must say is a best company to work for, not regretting any year I've spent. You grow yourself at any point if you want to. They give all the resources and it's all up to you if you using them or applying to.

Client service is number 1
Client service is number 1, working with my colleagues is like having a family that I can count on with duties and split responsibilities, what I enjoy is interacting with people and learning more about my market I let them do more of the talking while pursuing my goal of closing the deal
