I'm working with new team as I promoted my assistant leader to managerial post Mashudu & 3 Mosibudi,David & Anastatia casuals to permanent across the company. I'm currently leading my store & Keedo store manager report to me as their senior manager

Excellent working curve
I have a healthy relationship with my colegues,we always work together as a team and we advice each other and encaurage one another to do good.I work as a sales assistant and a cashier in my store. I sometimes give my team mates training on our products.i have learnt that hard work pays and as a person you never stop learning.most importantly i have learnt that team work is important.I enjoy the feeling of seing a smile on my customers face,that is an achievement to me and joy to my heart. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with an angry and grumpy customer,it takes time and a calculative mind to see that customer walk out with a smile.

Excellent learning curve
It's a weekend job was compile their filing, Write reports and reviews on the staff performance. Update statistics through MS Office(Excel, outlook, word amd powerpoint) would do follow up on stock availability and ensure that co-workers understand deadlines and there were team building activity that I every staff would get update with the department and the requirements at the manager level. My relationship witH co-workers was basically work related and respectful. I have learnt good time management, effective work performance and meeting deadlines on time, always resolving conflict on one-to one basis. I enjoy the free atmosphere and customer service. The challenging part was to adjust my work along with my school work and being able to work hard as a student and as an employer.

Every morning we do counts,clean,and later morning meetings.the company trains leaders to be better leaders in very weeks we do team leaders meetings

Excellent learning curve
The culture is something different from any other retail company. Co-workers are like family. You are not micromanaged here instead you are entrusted with taking ownership of your role and execution of your work is a reflection of your personal values and wether or not they align with that of the company.

Challenging
Im an individual who works hard at getting my working environment duties done. Icer got an good eye for detail and only give my best at all times. Nothing is big of a challenge for me. I assist in revamps and opening of stores which are giving my 100%

Expand knowledge
Till point supervisor Merchandising Sales Customer complaints, requests and excellent customer service Cashing up The company has an incredible culture of a family orientated environment amongst co- workers, you're treated with respect and are seen as of great value to the company. Customer service is number one, to give every customer an experience they should never forget in which you gain more long lasting clientele for generations.

Better
No promotions, stay in same position for as long as possible while cutting off employees working hours.... no annual leave also work under pressure under Management
