Wonderful learning opportunities

Working at Mondi was a great experience, I learned alot and faced many challenges which have made me a better person today. The greatest challenge was the long hours because three of us had to work a four man shift, nevertheless the extra money went a long way. The staff there was very friendly and it was like we were a big family.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow

Ability to learn quick

It is really great to work for capacity is a fast growing company with more than 12000 employees and with a lot of growth.My duties are packaging and labeling.I enjoy and have pride for my team because we are a target reaching team and i learned a lot from the because i was inexperienced when i start the job but to day i can perform a lot of tasks.

Pros: Multi tasking
Cons: A lot of overtime

A typical work day

Processing different company’s payroll, liaising with operation, correction of errors and editing of information, posting timesheets when ready to post, saving backing documents such as Sick notes and leave adjustments.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion

Great communication skills, well disciplined. Dedicated, punctual

I have a really good relationship with my superiors i.e supervisors and team leaders. I have learnt how to be a responsible employee at the work that I'm doing, making sure the line runs smooth on my side.

Pros: It improves how you deal with pressure, that you must always be on time at all times.
Cons: No growth, employees are not motivated.

Excellent listening skills

im a fast leaner, i go an extra mile to reach a dead line i work well with people as a team and i also work well as an individual. i like to get along with my colleagues because I'm an easy person to work with. I've learned that it wise to be pantual at all time. time keeping is very important in a work place
