I learn allot of the recruiting industry, different people I worked with.

I have been working in the Motor industry for over 3 years for Capacity as a Contract Supervisor. I have a great relationship with my co-workers as well as the employees. I enjoy every inch of my work and even advance my career.. The most challenging part of my career is when certain clients has a need for specific skills to do the work and we have to go through the recruiting process in order to find the best suitable candidate for the job.

Pros: I am a fast learner and willing to learn and study towards making a success of my work becoming an asset to the company.
Cons: I have worked long hours in the Security Industry and thus know the sacrifices to be made to fullfill your dreams and make a sucees in the business.

Good company that a person can learn a lot in.

I work in big automotive warehouse(Ford motor company of south Africa) they needs strong hard working employees that can reach targets because on a daily base they need to supply part to many clients locally and oversea. I enjoy working with my team because they are hard working team that motivates a person to go extra mile. When I start on this job I knew anything about warehouse jobs but know I can guarantee that I am good at this job.

My journey

Where I used to work days were sometimes good and sometimes bad for example if we did not reach the target for that specific hour the manangers will shout and say we need to do better in the next hour and if you dont meet yo target as an individual they will threatened you by saying they will put you off for the whole week and sometimes they do put you off if u have under performed the whole day.The relationship with my co workers was good although sometimes girls will gossip with one another.I have learnt that if you put your mind and heart in whatever you are doing you will definitely succeed.The thing that i enjoyed the most if we have reached our target early or go over the target they will reward us with Airtime.The challenging aspects of this job is that you have to push hard in order to reach your target

Fast learner excellent worker

Nqf level3,operating skills on various machinery,willingness to learn do have certificate in quality,im a team player always enjoy working with people.i always enjoy working on machinery and when it comes to problemsolving.i have completed my NQF level3 the greatest moments was when i was signed off at all the machines.what excites me is that theres always a challenge when you can operate more than one machine.a typical work day is when we are having meetings in the mornings where we share idees on how to improve production.where weakness and strenghts is.and tackling all the personal issues so that production can flow smoothly

Completing job done

I'm hardworking person who hungry for any opportunity and prove my self and patient, loyal and good to work individual and with a team who like make completely done and i also learned my previous mistakes and seeking any challenge to release my ambition with such a good manner and thanks
