I have learn how to communicate with other employees in the company.

We work as the best team in the company as the business is growing fast and enough profit to cover company expenses.the most challenging thing is the team of netball we created. I learn to appreciate what you have and do the best in what you have like the job they offer me.

Pros: I've been trained to be acting supervisor for 1 week
Cons: Working from 6 am to 3.working overtime bt not getting paid because we appreciate what we have.doing work that is not apart of what we recruited for washing basket so back shopping

I would like to apply for the leadership development programme sales

What I have learned is that working with customers is a bit challenging at the same time some are not understanding but I have give the best customer service service so they will be happy

Pros: It I've promotion depending on the year's an individual worked
Cons: Sometime we work long hours
