Excellent learning experience

working at Cambridge is fun you get to meet a lot of different customers each day. the day normal starts early in the morning and I get to check the change floats bag if all is well. check the availability of cashiers. working with people is very challenging but adaptable at the same time because it's very good to work with people whom you share common goals. what I have learned is to be very patience with my self and others. to respect all type of people irrespective of their background and different cultures. what I enjoy most with my job is the challenge and the thrill the job comes with the excitement of busyiness and getting to reach certain targets. the most challenging aspect of my job is providing excellent and satisfaction customer services because you may think you have while you haven't. people views on the excellent customer service vary from customer to customer.

Hi my name is khanyiso nkatha i live on soweto. Dirpkloof south of johanesburg. Am 28 years of age am a very hardworkig team player i started working in cambridge food in 2016 as a cashier in 3 months i was promoted to be a supervisor because am indeed very dedicated to my duties. And later promoted again 2017 in november 22 as a grv cleck trainee am humble dedicated and a winner . Thank you

Cons: Am working 7 to 9 ours a day depending on the busines of the day because we are dealing woth customers so its our job to ensure that our customers getts the service that they need and leabe the shop certisfied

Excellent of using money, how to protect your work, privacy of company

I have learn that work is work I have to put more effort into my work and take all responsibilities of my work as my priority, I have to work under terms and conditions of the company I can't do things as my own way and I even have friends within the company because I love my job and am happy my co-workers respect me and I respect them which is the first things I always do makes me happy all the time and enjoy my work with no distribution we work as brothers and sisters we help each other that I enjoy most. The most challenging aspects of the job is to protect the money and dealing with customers that they don't have respect.

Excellent

Actually I'm working very nice with my colleague but some time we have got some challenges when its come to work overtime because some ran a risk of even disappeared but I have learned alot of communication skills to my supervisor, he is a strongest and encouraging person that I have believed that he can take responsibility for any kind of job,that my pleasure because I now have a positive strength to do job very quickly

Pros: something times when the supervisor is not around management appointed me as supervisor

Done most of my training in house Co workers always willing to help Excellent work life. Family atmosphere .great work colleagues and management Good controls in place Enjoying the spirit amounts workers and management

Fast learner

I'm good with the company due to the late payment they do and the other staff members get their payment earlier and that company is picky and the leader they don't want to listen to the workers view even if they are wrong they don't want to admit

Cons: You will work for long Hours but they wouldn't pay for those extra hours you worked for .

There are so many challenges at work but they need people who are very polite n humble and patient Im very happy working with my collig coz we are a team What i enjoy the most is where im busy working But what ive leant is u must always keep your job Done and in time hard working n work under pressure is important

Am a hard worker and energy to welcoming my client.I a.m. good to doing my job I respect my team .I work as my manager want to impress my job.I come early to my work and my uniform CLEAN.

Excellent to be part of team

Learn a lot how to work under pressure,learning all aspect of retail and how to communicate better,.also to know what my short comings. To build people to maximise their strength.
