I enjoyed doing sales for edcon through call force I learnt a lot with the company and I dealt with different people from diverse backgrounds across the country

Still Learning

I do not know much as yet but it is a great place to work so far. I cannot complain. Good people and good starting place. A typical work at day involves logging in, checking equipment and going through material for the day. There are breaks in between that allow time for networking

Pros: Good opportunity to improve patience and communication
Cons: Rigid working hours

Self leadership and

I love working in a team that has no limits in creative thiking and the call center provides room for that and discipline. I am passionate about customer satisfactory . My call target per day would be from 100 to 130 calls a day depending on how busy the day would be. I have learnt to be more understanding towards different attitude and being more selfless when advisind and guiding my team.
