Excellent learning curve if interested in teaching in China

They provide full training which also includes a TEFL certificate. The work environment isn't the best, management isn't the best and there is no stable income.

Pros: Great opportunity for those who want to teach in China
Cons: Being overworked and underpaid

Its an excellent learning curve.

Call force is a great company to work at. The salary packages are not all that bad. Unfortunately I am not permanent in that company and don't have a contract. Working hours are very long work load is also swamped upon us. Management is not all that great u get fired immediately.

Excellent learning curve

I am a willing and hard working person that is always open to learn and gain experience as I am a newly graduate. I am a newly qualified social worker and have in-service training where I was exposed to report writing, communication skills, administration skills and professional counselling with all ages. I am willing and eager to broaden my knowledge . I enjoy working with people and good at working in a team.

Working experience explored

Working at call force its not a bad place the environment its a nice working environment there's tram work and its a family like atmosphere. I have learnt how to work with different kind of customers And how TT o operate a system. In terms of the target it's the only thing I don't like hence its an unrealistic target hence nobody is reaching it and its like there's no progress

My work experince

I work night shifts and get well with my colleagues, I have learnt to be very patient with people and to listen and understand them and respect the views or opinions. Working night shifts comes with it's own strains and stress.

I have learnt how to manage my time. I enjoyed meeting new people every day.

The company had many expectations and it was very pressuring for me at first but I am a quick learner so I overcame that obstacles. The company staff are very friendly and helpful in every way.

Review

Good day, Call force is an outsourcing company who handles different campaign, I was working on the Simply Financial Services who created and designed an Insurance product for the lower income bracket. Because Simply was such a small company, theretc a maximum of about 30 people in the office. Everyone was close, almost like a little family. I got along with everyone who I worked with. Because I have never worked in the insurance business, I gained experience with regards to that specific industry. Challenging aspects were convincing people who already have insurance that they should take Simply"s cover, because of the benefits and the affordability.

Cons: Uncertainty- month to month contracts, never a fixed term

Excellent learning curve and a platform for me to showcase my skills

i am a language consultant. so i teach foreigners English on line. on a busy day i can teach up to 20 students i have a good relationship with my co-workers, i'm good at keening things strictly professional at the work place regardless of any conflict that may arise. this job is very challenging because it requires Patience and and a lot of commitment fortuneteller for me i am always up for any challenge and i love this job. so far i have learnt that hard work pays off and before anything you need to have a passion for the job you have

Still Learning

I do not know much as yet but it is a great place to work so far. I cannot complain. Good people and good starting place. A typical work at day involves logging in, checking equipment and going through material for the day. There are breaks in between that allow time for networking

Self leadership and

I love working in a team that has no limits in creative thiking and the call center provides room for that and discipline. I am passionate about customer satisfactory . My call target per day would be from 100 to 130 calls a day depending on how busy the day would be. I have learnt to be more understanding towards different attitude and being more selfless when advisind and guiding my team.
