Personal development

Not the best I've worked for, but it has afforded me the time to do some studying on the side. The work has become rather repetitive and not much more to learn in my current department. The there is a high level of blame game that happens inter departmentally. The corporate culture, as much as it is said to be changing, still favors a select few. Salaries and benefits are not industry not work function bench marked

It was a learning curve as I had never been in this kind of environment

My current work day is to attend to incoming calls Ensure all boardrooms are setup Place is ckean and ready to receive guests Refreshments are ordered Stock is available Stationery is available Boardroom equipment is setup Take bookings for boardrooms telephonicly, via e-mail.

Pros: Not much opportunities for promotion
Cons: I would work weekends sometimes
