Excellent learning curve

I have join the company with so much enthusiasm to learn and have enjoyed Handling customer requests,Chasing sales quotes, reaching daily sales targets,Maintaining good customer relations and Producing reports. I have also had to learn to handle difficult customers and impossible deadlines with limited resources, having said that the experience has been phenomenal and has improved my people's skills and patience.

Pros: Great opportunity for personal development

Need to grow my carreer

Bytes is an excellent company to work for. the staff is exceptional with a very supportive environment. I have grown to become the manager that I am at Bytes and matured both physically and emotionally I enjoy working with and motivating people to extract the very best out of them and help them grow in the process

Cons: not much carreer oppertunities

I get more experience by helping out colleagues even if its not part of my job.

I get along with everyone. I work in a call centre, my daily job is to download files from my clients which are Absa and nedbank. Data capture their orders. Follow up on queries. Make sure I adhere to their instructions. If they have any special request I make sure that I deliver on the request they made. Do dropshipments for dealer's. I have learnt that when you work as a team there's always success.

Pros: theres growth in the company
Cons: Clients special requests when its festive season

It's a great place to work for new entrants

Much as one plans the day, it has a way of turning into it's own captain as I have to deal with urgent queries from call in customers as well as emails. Overall, it is a busy environment with not much time to lull. I have to deal with both internal & external customers telephonically & electronically. Working for Bytes Document Solutions has been both exciting & pressurised.

Pros: Good Training Ground
Cons: No room for promotion

Great learning experience but not challenging enough

Great experience learning curve. Company offers various in house training courses to align with the work that one does. Management do have a listening ear to employee concerns and take time to listen to feedback on one's challenges concerning work ethics and basically any challenges that one might face.

Pros: Stable company
Cons: The big number of personnel performing the same function does not afford one the opportunity to grow individually.
