Learning experience

I work from 8 am to 16 pm weekdays, I do helpdesk and first line support for xerox where I assist users on a daily basis with matters related to printing. I have a very good working relationship with all the users in the company.

My work experience and knowledge is parallel to the requirements of the advertised position. Learning a lot in the IT industry.

HERE IS A REVIEW OF WHAT MY JOB IS LIKE AND WHAT IT REQUIRES FROM ME ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS. Help Desk Administrator. *taking and logging calls for customers, and solving them. *my relationship with co-workers is great, we get along very well. *I have learned to be patient when working with customers,enjoy what you are doing all the time, be a good listener, when working with clients you must always have a smile on your face. i also learned how to play a role of management in my department. *what i enjoy most is seeing clients happy after helping them with their problem.working with different people all day everyday. *The most challenging aspects is keeping solving each clients problem on time and keeping them satisfied.

Customer Orientation

Interaction with customers daily is what make the current job very interesting as you learn more about people everday and seeing the customer happy after the service is rendered is very fulfilling. What is changing is to deal with moody and petty customer.

Excellent learning curve

I have join the company with so much enthusiasm to learn and have enjoyed Handling customer requests,Chasing sales quotes, reaching daily sales targets,Maintaining good customer relations and Producing reports. I have also had to learn to handle difficult customers and impossible deadlines with limited resources, having said that the experience has been phenomenal and has improved my people's skills and patience.
