Excellent learning curve
I have gained alot of experience. I did integration of African and South African companies as well as HRIS integration. Did salaries for expats and directors as well as monthly and weekly staff.

It's just another job
It pays the bills for now. My team is great, they make environment fun. The management runs a dictatorship they are not hands on and basically know nothing about the work the employees do. A lot of micro-managing and the stuff work like robots. Everything is timed, it's like high school. You are watched like hawks.

Excellent Working Environment
Long hours but a good working space to learn new things. Great colleagues and great management. Working with Stubborn users can be frustrating but I try my level best to assist in anyway I can.

Exceptional exposure and learning environment
I am a simple and complicated person, willing to learn and love a challenge end enjoy being in an ever changing environment. I believe that being able to learn and grow is most important for any individual, and I strongly believe that I am here for a greater purpose and engineering is just a tip of the iceberg to what I am capable off. I put and love my family over everything.

Gain an extensive knowledge for verifiction of conformity
Working under gorverment service and international trade had helped me a lot to understand several regulations of each country to protect consumers against couterfait and products that can be harmful. I learned a lot even when i go to the shops i always check expiry dates before i buy any products.
Pros: I was promoted to be a senior technical officer and also awarded a certificate of excellency 2018
Cons: When we were under presurre we normally worked weekends to get our work done

Did HRIS integration as well as integration of African and South African companies did payroll for start to finish plus salary payment as well as third party payments and reconciliation

Direct work with expats development of HRIS software and interface file. Integrated African and South African companies. Was independent with 5 employees reporting to myself also assisted with HR for African companies
