Excellent leaning curve

I am a concientious person who pays attention to every detail.My relationship with my co-workers is very good as i have two years working experience as an acting supervisor.I have learnt how to solve problems when they arise in my department and have a good communication skill and what i enjoy most is when we reach our daily targets.Lastly the most challenging aspects is when we dnt reach our daily targets,producing high scrap and have lots of absenteesm.

Excellent learning curve

I was doing a daily technical problem solving through the the plant process, approving of non conforming material from laboratory and projects on how to improve the processing at minimum cost. I had a good relationship with my co-workers and that made learning so easy and I really enjoyed the fact that I got a chance as a student to be involved in big projects of the company. I assisted in saving costs and minimizing the production process stages that waste time in plant. The most challenging aspect of the job is to be called at night while sleeping to come solve the problem in the plant, however I was a student and not allowed to come anytime at night.

Excellent worker

I am an organised and committed leader, as well as a strong team player. I have a proven track record of delivering excellent work to tight deadlines, and I pride myself on the quality of my work. My communication skills and positive attitude mean I am able to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues, and maintain ongoing business.

Expand the training knowledge

Coordinate training on legal compliance and train all the workers with standards and specifications and standard operating procedures. Excellent working relationship with co workers and it has been a great journey of training and development and the most enjoyable moment is to inter act with workers on the shop floor and to understand different characters and how to handle them

It is a learning curve

Daily stock takes. Ordering stock. Invoicing and delivering stock to clients. Sort out any queries from clients. Buy casings from clients for retreading. Day to day admin work. Managing store staff and drivers.
