Good for pacing up the technical skills and challenging

Bridgestone is a tire manufacturing company which stresses on production,it is pressuring and stressing more especially on breakdowns were I had to reduce down times and thanks to my good human skills I managed, sometimes had to do group faults as the machine's are complex and I enjoyed the participation as well as the communication thereto the colleagues it was very well. I have had a lot of development on my technical skills as I was working under a challenging, pressuring and complex automated machinery, more especially the fault finding skill.

Pros: good opportunities for education
Cons: abnormal hours

Fast leaner

Managing a team of 20 people. Ensuring that everyone is following basic safety procedures when working on the machine and working on a safe environment. Ensuring that production targets are met on daily basis not forgetting excellent quality on our products, motivating and creating awareness to the team with daily production, monitoring every machine time and again to prevent unnecessarily breakdowns , communicating with my manager and engineering to schedule prevented maintenance on all the machine to reduce future downtime, scrap reduction. Taking responsibilities for the accuracy of daily labour hours and sick leave of employees…

Pros: willing to go extra mile over the required.
Cons: perfectionist

Experience

Everyday is a challenge in Payroll. You have to be able to multitask and focus on attention to detail. I enjoy working with my colleague as we have a good understanding and relationship. I have learnt to deal with difficult situations, work under pressure and still give attention to detail. I enjoy the challenges payroll throws at you from time to time. How to deal with them and how to solve it.

Pros: None
Cons: No promotion, no bonus, low increases, negative atmosphere, backstabbing, falseness, poor management, unfairness

Problem solver

Every single day its a typical day where problems always occur and I have to solve them. I have a good relationship with my co-workers but there are those days that we tend to disagree on things and fight but we get to resolve it after. I have learnt that things may not always be or done the same way, exploring new ways is something I have also learnt. The most challenging aspects of my job is to win peoples trust because I am young and people tend to underestimate me but I love proving myself to them.

Pros: None
Cons: Long hours and fixing other peoples messes or doing someones job
