I start work in JDGROUP since 2012 April as Cashier, then I apply for better position in to be Financial services consultant, it's where the company start to liquidate, rentrench and restructure it's where I get the position to work as Admin Clerk till to day I lean a load in this company and went to train like SAP when they change the system.

Interacting with people on a daily basis

What I love most about my job is the service we give our customers as a team,though our prices are too high and competition's prices are too low ;we try our level best to sell quality and give the best ever service to our customers and interacting with customers everyday has helped me a lot in boosting my confidence and analytical-thinking and problem-solving ability

Honest, Reliable, Great team player

Diligent and energetic type of person

Working at bradlows for more than three years has taught me the importance nof customer loyalty. It has taight me to smile everyday in order to brighten my day. The most challenging job is when a customer come and look for their settlements, because they always complain, but I have to look for other ways to explain the provedure.. I have learnt that thr customer is always right and we must provide information whereever possible.

Pros: it is an opportunity for me to look for netter jobs as I am working parttime.
Cons: lack of opportunities
