Diligent and energetic type of person

Working at bradlows for more than three years has taught me the importance nof customer loyalty. It has taight me to smile everyday in order to brighten my day. The most challenging job is when a customer come and look for their settlements, because they always complain, but I have to look for other ways to explain the provedure.. I have learnt that thr customer is always right and we must provide information whereever possible.

Pros: it is an opportunity for me to look for netter jobs as I am working parttime.

Good improvement on my people skills and customer care services

Workinh at bradlowshas help with a lot in terms of pll skilss as i was working with very competant term of sales advisors and a manager who is alwys willing to assiat whereber she can id say working wiwith them hans helped me imtpove a loy in customer zervice skills and mostlty data capturing as i got to sit with the customer capture all the neccerasay info fpr the cust to ne abble to buy in credit seing the halphined on their faces when theh recieve want thry wanted is fulifilling for me

Eye opening and freat learning curve

Being challenged and forced to work extra mile to help customers is my daily inspiration. I am a hardworking and a self preserved and working for my previous company has taught me to be a stronger man and to be careful of the things or the staff that'll I'll be working with

Hard working person always try to learn have good customer service

I lwow itwas nice but the first time I get into the company was clueless but coming from consumers was fine cos I leaned about how to operate in sales industry I learned so much staff how to handle customer complaints,how to aprouch the client housekeeping and marchandising had good relationship with day can't mpany

Ok

It was a good company to work for had good incentives and always listened to any staff member that had an issue .management was always trying to grow people within the company whenever potential was visible, due to personal problems had to resign last year, it was very important to work as a team just not only within the branch but also with the other branches. If there was an opening will definitely apply again. I started as a clerk and due to my passion of not just to be a clerk I worked up to be a financial manager and then manager my position never stopped me to be a part of all aspects of the job within my branch from being a GA to being a manager I swept and mopped ,to be cashier,salesperson and admin manager right till my last day of employ.

Excellent learning curve

Enjoying working with people especially making friends with the customers actually being friendly to them, is giving me more experience on working with different people everyday The working hours are reasonable. The colleagues are my family we all get along as family members. I've a lot to my colleagues and costumers The most challenging part is when there's no business.

I was able to learn new things because there were lot of people and clients with different attitude which made me to be able to deal with people who has different characteristics and attitude because of the experience I gained

Excellent learning

Very challenging, meeting and interacting with different people everyday. My duties is to sell our insurance, capture deals, do insurance claims, take calls and cash as well as reconciling of the bank statement. I have learned for of how to handle customers and to keep my focus of my work. To always give my best. Relationship is very good with my employees, there are those days where there are disagreements about the work.
