Be your self and take your problems aside when you at work

It's easy to work with people who understands you. Sometime customers don't understand and end up fighting with you so i learned that being calm and not responding back but calling the supervisor is the best way to deal with the problem without a fight.Be polite and greet the customer with a smile in your face so she/he can feel welcome and free around you.

Pros: HR
Cons: As long is worth it I don't mind
