Assign staff to daily activities, analyse profit and loss for the department, perform bookkeeping , respond to queries from both staff and customers, ensuring that products are labeled propery, ensuring that equipment is maintained clean and neat, ensuring that staff follows company policies and rules, order and revive stock for department. I have learned skills such as leadership skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, planning and organising skills, creativity and analytic skills. I enjoyed communicating with people, being creative when I want my department to make sale, my staff has passionate about department

It was a nice experience working at Boxer

Will i must say working at the boxer store was indeed a good experience because i have learned so many things like working with different types of people and times we would work long hours when there was lots of goods arriving from the store sometimes and having to offload and i must admit that was a lot of fun because i enjoyed what i was doing the difficulties that i came across was when the company had to liquidate and we were left unemployed till this very day. But either than that i am looking forward to being a part of the company as a member hope to hear from you have a good day thank you.

Pros: For me to be promoted that's a bit too early to tell but my hard working ability will determine that in the mere future

Good customer service

Ri was a very good cashier and i enjoyed wworking with boxer staff as a team .yes its achallenging environment cause you have to respect the customers with pressure beacuse the company doesnt not eesoect the staff so its very diffucult when it comes to that .environment is fine only that there iis no growth as i was cashier for previous 2 years without being promoted and still a casual for 3 years its suprising Gotypicall yog

Pros: No promotions as i work for boxer for 3 years without being permanent
Cons: Long working hours and not respecting the staff

It has been excellent learning curve

I have learned a lot with regards to leadership because I had to motivate different departments and make sure they all give excellent service to our customers in order to maximize profits. This has been great because a happy customer results to a loyal customer and that's how you gain more market share

Pros: I'm being trained to take over a branch that will open at cleary park
Cons: long working hours is the nature of retail
