Excellent learning curve

Typical day was when I had to work double shifts but I find it very easy because we were as a team knowing very well that working as a team we can achieve more and the best. My relationship with the team was a good a good as easily adapt to any kind of ethics of people. I learnt that workin g hard with patience you can achieve your goals. I really enjoyed my training programmes because we had all the chances to learn. It was really not challenging because I never worked before planning

Nice place to work for but very little growth.

Simple. Need to provide for my family. Cannot do that with what I'm getting now. At the moment BAG has no growth happening. So increase in salary is very unlikely in the current situation we are in

Excellent experience

I have completed lean manufacturing green belt and had an experience of more a year in lean facilitating. I have completed my diploma in Quality Engineering. I have a vast experience in quality, I have worked in a laboratory for 13 years and later joined the quality department. Hope you find this in order Kind regards Gladys

Corporate company, lots of growth potential

Typical work day: stressful, dealing with 150+ branches, Relationship with co-workers: very very good team. what I have learnt: to be the best what I enjoy most: Expediting challenging aspects: dealing with unhappy branches

Pros: good work ethic
Cons: long hours
