Excellent knowledge and skills

Team work is the best I learned, because teamwork is a result of accuracy.However good working hours makes the individual to enjoy the job, Especially if the salary correspond with the work schedule.

Excellent learning curve

On a typical day at work I would be in the electrical department busy wiring electrical panels for our hydraulic power packs or any other that's required.Each artisan is also required to help where it is needed.Artisans management and Engineers are also very helpful.

Excellent learning curve

I really enjoyed my working for BMG it was a great experience and opportunity i have learnt a lot during my apprenticeship programme unfortunately the contract has come to an end. I had a good relationship with my co-workers. I really enjoyed working late though it wad a challenge sometimes because you had work until late and still tomorrow morning you still have to come to work but i did my best until i achieved my trade as fitter and turner they give me

The way I see myself

No day in the HR Office is ever the same, I enjoy working with people and to up skill employees to be their best. Busy Studying SDF qualification to one day be able to write training programmes and link them to the NQF level to empower employees. My relationship with co-workers are great as we see each other as family members and I enjoy that type of working environment. Most challenging aspect of my job is to try and advice employees the best I can and hope that they follow the advise given. I have a lot of empathy and compassion and also a lot of patients. I am a real peoples person.

Cons: It becomes un personal when working for such a very big corporate

Excellent learning curve

Typical day was when I had to work double shifts but I find it very easy because we were as a team knowing very well that working as a team we can achieve more and the best. My relationship with the team was a good a good as easily adapt to any kind of ethics of people. I learnt that workin g hard with patience you can achieve your goals. I really enjoyed my training programmes because we had all the chances to learn. It was really not challenging because I never worked before planning

Nice place to work for but very little growth.

Simple. Need to provide for my family. Cannot do that with what I'm getting now. At the moment BAG has no growth happening. So increase in salary is very unlikely in the current situation we are in

One learned to adapt to multiple departments due to the different type of stock we handled

The company has proper placement structures in place but the one thing is the lack of recognition to hardworking individuals or departments in achieving certain set goals, it's a well run company but not everyone enjoys certain perks due to the cut in overtime which limits productivity on tge basic workers who rely on ygat exyra money to make ends meet.

Pros: Always room for advancement within the company
Cons: No overtime
