Good place to be as a an entry level. Long working hours no benefits. Friendly staff and top management. Lot of professionalism. Always caring for customers. Create exitement and entertainment. Deliver in time in terms of customer needs and complaints. Always up to date

Excellent learning curve

dealing with difficult customers on daily basis.enjoyed working with my co_workers a lot,they were more like family.learnt to always give a good customer service and that no matter how wrong they are they are the one's paying our salary.never take people for granted and to respect my job and my customers.i enjoyed all the jokes we uses to make with my colleagues and encouragement from them.the most challenging aspect tje difficult and swearing customers using the F word all the time.

Excellent learning curve

I have a great relationship with my co workers, its like we one big family. Mostly there we deal with customer service, i have learnt how to handle different people from different back grounds. Most challenging part is how you communicate with them hence from different backgrounds and since we dealing with money everyday, you have to be extra careful in everything you do.

Pros: Good industry to grow in
Cons: Long working hours, no holidays.

Good learning experience

Am working in an impeccable learning environment I have all the basic need to learn.want to get more advanced in jobs I choose .mainly doing the job I go to school for energizes me more.

It gives great opportunity and experience

It gives a great experience and lot of knoweledge. When coming to promotions they are fair to anyone and anyone is welcome to apply on the interview will determine who is fit for which position. The salary pack is the only challenge one can face and not be happy about. All the co-workers are great and the most welcoming people to work with.
