Betting World taught me team work and working experience

-For me I would say a typical work day is the day everyone in the store didn't get to have any customers not even a tip. -Betting World built strong working teams.. Friendship.. Family -In life a person must have a space or a room for disappointment not everything is bound to happen as expected or hoped for..i learned how to deal with different people different difficulties in a workplace. -The family and love I gained from my co-workers and management team. -The day we all didn't reach daily challenge out target not having enough sales not being able to finish daily reports.

Good

I worked there until my time ended in January 2019 It was good though I had to resign due to responsibility that urgently require my help .with also regard to the distance from home and I couldn't afford to work and support my family .. I loved working there and I could have wish to work longer ,but my circumstances made me quit ..

Good

I find it nice working with people.like I experience new things day by day,even though sometimes its hard.I love working people a lot. My relationship with co-workers is good. What I enjoy most is talking to my costumers, seeing their smiles om the face.,laughing ,its just making my work go easy . Challenges of this job is when a customer comes n say you didnt give him/her change,she/he lost his winning tickets, you didnt give them all of their ticket's.like its hard you must find a way to solve this ,like myb the customer said you didnt give them their tickets n which you did ,you gonna have to stop working go in the office view cameras n other customers busy complaining thats the que is long ,you slow .

Good learning curve

It's good interms of gaining experience it's helps us deal with different types of customers.and our working relationship is mutual .And I have learned so much on team playing customer relations .

Working environment

Learnt how to work well under pressure

Working for Betting World has helped me improve my ability to work with a team or as an individual it has taght me how to deal well with pressure. Our responsibilities included taking fixed odds bets and filing winning, loosing and paid out tickets.

Excellent learning

It is the best to work with co-workers because working as a team is the best.everyday at work it can have a challenge but it become not a stress when you know what to do to solve the issue. I have learned so much at work .I enjoy to do my job the way it suppose to be done .and I enjoy under pressure that makes me have solution at what difficulties i am facing.

Excellent learning

Retail department, we deal with gambling of soccer, horse racing ect. We are working as a team in all department and it is interesting to see different people everyday, and dealing with difficult customer's . I've learned a lot in this industry and I became self motivated

Stepping stone

Not paid enough for my worth.. I loved working here coz I've met different people and learn their culture, poor management.. Most managers are lacking skills and they don't lead by example

Looking after 9 stores with more than 70 staff member, had to visit 7 shops a day

Have a strong personality,straight forward, self starter,finish projects,want results,disciplinarian and want results and cant tolerate late coming.Deal with clients daily, to be in office at least twice a month to respond to emails and balance cash.

Pros: Everyone loves promotion but to me it goes with hard working
Cons: I used to work till 7pm even though my I was working 8- 5
