Great experience
It was a great experience ,I have learn a lot from every single person I worked with.it was a different world with different experience but I managed to cope with the situation and learn to make good and strong out of it.at times it was hard but knowing what I want and why I had to work really pushed me to work even harder.I'm truly grateful for the opportunity the company had given me
Pros: there are so many opportunities for promotions but must work and proof yourself like any other companies
Cons: it was hard working cause at times you had to work from 7am to 7pm

Excellent learning curve
I am used to working odd hours and I am a team player. Betting world is a great company and encourages you to everything in a short period of time and customer service is excellent. I need something more challenging and keep me on my toes. I am a hard working individual and always ready to learn more.

Really fast learner
I love a new challenge there is nothing I cant achieve if the salary and growth in the business is satisfactory, I will be a great asset to your company I am young and I am always on top of my game, I learn stuff extremely fast. and currently work for betting world but I am looking to expand my knowledge in the corporate world and I am looking for growth in your company

driving around gauteng auditing branches working as a team team work and working smart not hard to achieve targets meeting new customers reaching targets and timesheets

Stepping stone
Not paid enough for my worth.. I loved working here coz I've met different people and learn their culture, poor management.. Most managers are lacking skills and they don't lead by example

Good learning curve
It's good interms of gaining experience it's helps us deal with different types of customers.and our working relationship is mutual .And I have learned so much on team playing customer relations .

Excellent learning
Retail department, we deal with gambling of soccer, horse racing ect. We are working as a team in all department and it is interesting to see different people everyday, and dealing with difficult customer's . I've learned a lot in this industry and I became self motivated

My daily challenges
I oversee 10 branches, with +- 55 employees reporting to me on a daily base. Managing budgets, cutting cost, motivating staff, sharing skills, and knowledge is what I am most passionate about. My responsibilities are to ensure that all staff follow company policy and procedures. Making sure the outlets are in the best possible condition by eliminating any hazards. I am responsible for the smooth operations of our outlets and to ensure that the staff reach their monthly turnover/targets. When it comes to disciplining employees I always refer to the code of conduct for guidance and fair decision making. I see myself as a good leader as I learn to understand each of the employees and lead by example. I respect myself, my peers as well as my superiors. Time management, resolve conflict, working effective in a team, problem solving and being productive is what I learnt as the important skills to have I do my best in any tasks given.

Good problem solving skills,attention to details.
I have learned to deal with people from different background and cultures as and how to approach an upset client. I have also learned the important thing wich is consistancy, respect everyone treat every client in the same manner and to not discriminate, most importantly to lead by example as the branch assist manager.My relationship with co-workers is very professional as Iam transparent at all times and I enjoy every moment I spent with them.
Pros: working for bettingworld has made me a better person interms of understanding and Iam doing everything with confidence as I meet with differeent clients each day.

Regurds Murphy Mamoriri Here-with i send an application letter and Curriculum Vitae in response to your advertisement in sepel's on 12 February 2019 as......... I have had experience over the past two years as betting clerk at sokabet in benoni in that position im responsible for laying bet to the customers,Accepting money in exchange for bets. I realise that resume or Curriculum Vitae that i submit this can not explain my qualification in depth,therefore i really hope there is a chance interview,which i can explain how potential in me and my ministry will give asset for sepel's.
