Good relationship between co-workers.

It's a good environment to be. The management treats employees equally. Working hours was hectic because you get to work 12 a day during the week good salary packages throughovertime..

Excellent

I take empathy to mean an accurate understanding of another’s emotional experience. Empathy toward your employees starts with your reviewing your own experiences receiving feedback. Good learning experience

The work pressure, working environment, and staff is really great but the executive management and managing director is pathetic. I dont recommend this company for anyone to apply at. If you have to apply be sure not to have any contact with executive management or the MD.

I am able to assist students and share my knowledge of the chemical engineering industry.

This a good environment for graduates, who are unemployed and can use their knowledge in their qualification to assist and upskill current students, pursuing the same career.

Engineering Studies Lecturer(facilitator)

Enjoy working with students also have learnt how to work with different kinds of people and also got an opportunity to share what i know with others. Not only share but also gained from what they know.Learning never ends we also learn from other people and i can agree that i gained a lot from my work. Enough to explore the world. Find it sometimes challenging to evolve around the classroom only since I want to be out there in the field.

Best Student Mentality

A great company to work for and the CO workers are supportive and caring. But I'm still looking to grow in my career and need more field work experience, I therefore feel lecturing is not a good fit for me yet.

Gaining good experience

It been good experience to work with the professionals from different proffesion. I also learnt alot most when it comes to discipline .C OMMComunication is the key to keep the work going and team work.

I have been a lecturer for 3 years in different departments. I work well under pressure. I have worked with students from different races and I have produced more than 300 graduates. I am good at teaching and training and I am not passionate about education and training.

Closing sales deals every day. Making sure key performance indicators are met.

Tjia is a contract job. I was retrenched from thebcompany I have work for for five years. At my previous company, the job was great. I travelled nationally coordinating sales and marketing activities.

Pros: Challenging and exciting
Cons: Contract job. Growth is limited.
