1) 9 years Administration/Secretarial experience in a unionized environment. 2) Possession of a National Diploma in Business Management 5) Mature, stable and possess a well balanced personality thus creating an atmosphere of open communication to and fro at all levels coupled with high level of organizational skills. 6) Studied through UNISA –Certificate in Total Quality Management. Achieved certificate in internal auditing and lead auditing with SGS. 7) 4 years senior management position.  As a manager I work well under pressure and with no supervision.  Confidentiality and integrity is always maintained  Able to liaise with people at various levels and different cultural backgrounds.  Possess excellent written and verbal skills.  Understand and maintain telephone etiquette.

Excellent learning curve

I sometimes struggle to tolerate students during the day because I am civil engineer but not a lecture,I basically don't get the chance to spread my wings.M y relationship with co-workers is good we get along very well and forever sharing information.I have learned to work with a team and how to respect other peoples views and team work produces very good results. I enjoy helping my students giving away the knowledge i gained and building up young engineers.

Excellent learning curve

Interesting and challenging working with students but at the same time growing significantly towards my career.You need to have sense of responsibility and passion for work and willing to work under pressure.

It a good environment but poor salary standardization

it a good environment but poor EEA, the company is not investing more on employees and student as they core function of the business and if you black than your salary wont be as good as indian people. these no room for growth. and facilities for student aint good enough. these no library and no computer labs, which also disadvantages the whole business of teaching and learning and these no enough textbook for students.

Excellent learning curve

A typical day includes checking the examination rooms to ensure everything is in order and there is nothing out of place, ensuring its set according tk examination rules and procedures Reading our rules and the exam process to students as well as the important details required for them toto fill out °DHET exam invigilation ° Assisting with exam preparation °Assisting with administration in relation with examinations °Collation and distribution of exam scripts I built a good professional relationship with co-workers, and still maintain them. Ive learnt that I work really well under stressful situations and take my job seriously ensuring all rules are followed. Its taught me alot, to be a team player, work timeously, efficiently and respectfully. I really enjoyed working I didnt have much difficulty as it came naturally to me and I am thankful for the opportunity.

Excellent in customer service

I always work with customers give then a good customer service. Commit myself show ubuntu all the time put my 100% effort when I'm doing something...the reason why i did marketing its becauze its give me more opportunities to learn and find a people's backgroung .....i work different areas with different back like Dcc and berea is not the same a s hollywood that im working so that opportunity makes me grow everyday

Good start for a school leaver

On a daily basis, I get at work and I get data to sort and upload. Data to chech out and sort. My relationshipwith my co-workerrs is very goood. They are a good bunch of human beings. I have laenrt working with presssure and manage my time well.

Good Time management skills

I have a good relationship with my working partners we brainstorm together for all projects we enjoy working while we have fun at the same time we respect each others space and culture and religion one of the challenging thing is when we work after hours to meet certain deadline but we make it happen

Pros: the environment is calm and the people are polite and friendly

Excellent learning curve and management.

I cannot complain about everything in the company everything is done professionally and very well. The management is very good and acts fairly with each and every employee.

Good relationship between co-workers.

It's a good environment to be. The management treats employees equally. Working hours was hectic because you get to work 12 a day during the week good salary packages throughovertime..
